Hôtel A Casa di Maria Cicilia ★★★

"I made a reservation through *******. Turns out that even though I meant to make it for June 1, the reservation was made for May 1. This was a glitch on the website. I was making this reservation the day before April 30. I called ******* to explain when I realized what had happened. And ******* called the Hotel. The hotel charged me for the night. ******* tried to explain to the hotel that it was an error. I emailed the hotel and explained that it was an error. And that I wanted to stay on June 1 instead .They did not want to credit my account. I went somewhere else on June 1. Will not be staying at this hotel ever."

"It would be nice for arrival if you knew you'd log in at the reception in A Suara and not directly at A Suara Linda. In the apartment there would be topflaps, a subtle for a hot pot, a small handcuff, suppeller and a table"
