"The room was great but on the day of the wedding, the entire property had issues with water pressure and did not get water pressure back until mid-day. The wedding rehearsal Barn was so hot the owner did not provide any air circulation to the area. The place is big enough with high ceilings to install a huge ceiling fan. there was an electrical plug everywhere so they could have brought in some type of fans to circulate the air for the infants/children/elders/ and the rest of the wedding party. There is absolutely no one to receive you on board, no office, if you have concerns/issues you will have to send an email. Complimentary breakfast was left on the doorstep, they could have provided a courtesy knock but left it there for the ants/bugs. whoever the staff that was handling the day to days things for the owner had no customer service ranch hand was very rude to our party he arrived about 10;30 pm and stood around looking at our guests on the dance floor as if everyone was a problem. although the venue is beautiful but for what we paid for was a ZERO Star."
