"This is my first time writing a review for an accommodation... I have never seen an owner who harasses a guest all night long, preventing them from sleeping. I was in a single room on the second floor, and the floor directly above—the third floor—was occupied by a couple; it seemed the owner's family lived there. The woman's voice was the same one when she handed me the key card. Looking at the room and the amenities provided, I thought it was decent for the price. I don't mind if they are naturally night owls or if there are many people like that these days, but isn't harassing someone all night long just malicious? It is expected that accommodations aren't soundproofed anywhere, but I have never seen an owner couple intentionally cough while talking to me and deliberately spray water to torment me with noise. I was traveling on foot, and having come to Gimcheon, I simply cannot understand the service. As a loyal Trip.com user, I am writing this heartfelt review to help improve the service. If night owls are around, you usually wake up in the middle of the night. That is difficult enough, but to intentionally target a guest and harass them is truly inhumane... I could have gone to a sauna, but I pay extra to come here so I can wash up and sleep comfortably."

"The stay experience was particularly good and I really recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was kind, the check-in speed was very fast, and there was no long wait. The room was cleaned very thoroughly, the desktop, floor and bathroom area were clean and there was no smell. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the night sleeps particularly peacefully."
