"Had great stay at Travelodge Glossop. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was lovely and comfy. Liked how you weren’t bothered with staff wanting to service the room every morning - like you get in hotels. You pop a sign on the door when you want help. Found the stay to be very relaxing as a result. It was also conveniently located for parking (which was included in the hotel price) as well as several different eateries nearby and a Marks & Spencer Simply Food which was located directly opposite."

"Stayed whilst the D-Day celebrations were on in Glossop. So the town and pub were very busy. The staff even very business were fantastic and so helpfully. Allowing us to store our bikes as we were cycling the transpennie way. Lovely room too. Many thanks to all."

"I've stayed here several times since the hotel first opened and I value the convenient location and the character of the former mill building. I've always stayed in rear facing rooms to escape any external noise, but suffering from poor wi-fi/mobile signal. This time I was in room 125 looking out to the EV chargers beside Dominos. I had perfect wi-fi and mobile reception. I heard no people noise from outside, but accepted delivery lorries do arrive outside with the noise of beer kegs and refrigeration units! The corridors were stone cold, but the rooms heat up quickly. The bathroom taps water pressure was very low, but the shower was spot on. I did reject my first room (123) due to stinking of cigarette smoke."

"Nice 'pub hotel' in the centre of Glossop, recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds and all amenities. Happy staff who were very helpful, esp Robin. Room was quite and heating could be controlled inside the room. Free parking on the forecourt was very handy. Bathroom a little dated with a noisy extractor fan, but shower was good and there was lots of hot water. Shame breakfast didn't start until 10.00 but there are good alternatives in the town centre. "
