"The location is one of outstanding beauty. So good to get away from the city and into the countryside. We were in Grace cabin which was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the farm tour and playing bat and ball on the grass besides the cabin. We took the paddleboard down the steps to the river and spent time swimming and paddling along down there. My husband caught some bass so he was very happy. We swam further along the walking track where it was a bit clearer. It was far from a lot of things so a short stay was enough for us. Gloucester was lovely and we ate at The Common. Husband was very disappointed for the size of the TV for watching footy but its a farm stay so that wasnt really the point! Having a few drinks watching the sunset over the hills was perfection. Thanks everyone."

Barrington Hideaway- River Cottages

"Lovely spot as a base for walking in Barrington Tops. Only a few minutes from Gloucester for cafes, groceries, etc. The cabins had everything we needed and the view over the river from the deck was perfect. Excellent proactive communication from Sue. We would recommend Barrington Hideaway to our friends and will happily return there."
