"The hotel is fine. The location is easily accessible, the service is average and the room is clean and tidy. My only complaint is with the room price which is higher than several nearby venues. We had breakfast at the Ricky Grill which is part of the establishment. The restaurant served great pancake and waffles and we enjoyed the service there. I hope to come back next time I visit Banff."
