"The room was frozen upon arrival. Mildew on bath tiles. Piles of trash on the side of building. The staff was very helpful but that doesn’t make up for freezing room and uncleanliness of the tub. You should pay your staff more so they feel valued and care about certain parts of their job like putting the sheets on inside right. You would be amazing the pride someone takes in their job when they feel valued. "
