"Very friendly welcome. We spent a night there and booked dinner in the restaurant for a birthday get away: food was average, way too fast (still enjoying our apéro drink when they already started serving the main course). Spa: bathrobe was not included, no bath towels in the spa and nobody at the reception to solve this issue (there was a phone number mentioned but the person left the phone at the reception and returned after 15 minutes). I guess they were understaffed. Check out: no "thank you", no "how was your stay", nothing."

"A very nice hotel in the Fieschertal valley; we were well looked after by the friendly staff. The dinners included in our half-board package were also delicious and varied. We didn't use the sauna and swimming pool, even though the facilities looked very attractive, because the weather was far too beautiful to stay indoors. We definitely want to come back."

"We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers) in July 2024. We had booked a family room and from the moment we checked in, we were really taken care of. Simon at the reception was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with all of our queries. The room itself was fantastic - spacious and modern and the kids were in beds up a ladder on a mezzanine floor. The bathroom was modern and easy to use. Our room was on the top floor and had a great outlook over the countryside. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and hearing the cow bells from the surrounding hills. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and would like to make special mention of Robert who was extremely helpful, particularly with the wine selection as we weren’t familiar with the local wines of the area. Our meals were delicious. After a good night’s sleep, we had a lovely breakfast in the hotel before checking out. We wish we had been able to stay longer and would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to return in the future."
