"A very nice hotel in the Fieschertal valley; we were well looked after by the friendly staff. The dinners included in our half-board package were also delicious and varied. We didn't use the sauna and swimming pool, even though the facilities looked very attractive, because the weather was far too beautiful to stay indoors. We definitely want to come back."

Delicious special dinner - thanks to the creative chef, as well we had an amazing breakfast with a glass of prosecco! We relaxed in a spa area with a beautiful mountain-view! Amazing vacation even if you are not skiing ! Thank you so much for unforgettable weekend :)"

"Booked a room in another building about 150 m from the main building. Aware that this was a small room but bathroom was very small. ok for 1 night. Building located slightly back from main street and very quiet. Had one of the special daily meals for dinner which was very nice and good value. Breakfast, included in daily rate, was very nice and generous"

"Great location with amazing views. Rooms are good size, clean and look relatively new. The rooms in the front and the back have both amazing views, so regardless of the room, you'll enjoy a great view. It's a bit expensive compared to some other hotels but you can't get a view like this, so it's worth the money. Friendly staff and good food."

"I got lost in the mountains. I chose the cancel hotel immediately after making the reservation, but the hotel confirmed it. When I called the customer service and said that I was still an hour and a half away and couldn't make it before 12 o'clock, the customer service promised to help me early tomorrow morning. I asked the hotel if I could get a refund. The hotel was closed at 12 o'clock. I slept with my child in the car that night, and the next day I was told by the hotel that there was no refund. I want to say that I applied for a slip-out as soon as possible. Money, why not? Is there any royal law? Is Europe so domineering? This is just for everyone. Please avoid lightning!"
