"Note this is not a hotel but rather holiday apartments on a managed site. Receptionist was available all day until 8pm. Our family of 4 stayed for a week late August 25. We really enjoyed our stay, found the place peaceful and with friendly neighbours. Outdoor pool was an added bonus as not much like this available in Visby. Unsure if the pool is heated or if we were just really lucky with nice warm water temperature at end of summer. Rooms are basic but ok. Having the kitchenette is big bonus to prepare meals instead of having to eat out every meal. A soft chair/sofa in living room area would have been nice. Free laundry room was beneficial to freshen clothes Lots of car parking and cycle storage area. About a 15min walk to Visby old town"

"We were on bike trip in Gotland and stayed in this amazing Hotel. It is close to the Ferry to the island which makes it very convenient. The hotel has an amazing terrace to have a drink in the sunset. Restaurant is serving very good food. Very friendly staff. I can definitely recommend."

"The hotel 🏨 deserves full marks. From the moment I checked in to the moment I was amazed by the scenery, the location of the hotel can be said to be excellent. It is not far from the beach to disembark, so you don’t have to carry your luggage uphill. The tall guy at the front desk was super nice and took the initiative to help with luggage. Guests troubleshooting problem: I, Ma Daha, changed my headband to a Hong Kong one, so I couldn’t charge it. The day before, my phone was turned off for one night. To be honest, I was really panicked. The lady at work brought it to the room during breakfast. Finally, when I checked out, I suggested that I buy a plug and swipe the card directly. explain Give it to me. Is this kind of staff an out-of-this-world good hotel with bicycles? 🚵🏻 My brother adjusted it and rode it for free for two days. The view of the hotel is as shown in the picture. I look forward to returning to Visby in the future and must stay at this hotel again. If you have expectations, you will. We hope that all staff will be healthy and happy. Thank you for your sincere service."

"We were offered room 532, a shabby, tiny room with a slanted ceiling and a bathroom so small that you could hardly stand up straight. The hotel has good ratings, but that has to pertain to other rooms than the one we got. The escape route was through another hotel room (!) which was locked and to which we did of course not have access as it was occupied. We felt unsafe and and asked for information A staff member told us that the room would automatically be open in an emergency. Since our tiny, shabby room was such a big (and expensive) disappointment, we did not want to stay for more than one night. We had however paid for two nights, snd they refused to give us a refund"

"Very warm welcome upon arrival, the reception lady introduced us the city, spots for sunset and some restaurant recommendations. what makes this experience even better is that she offered us some free vouchers for the ferry’s breakfast when she acknowledged that we can’t make it to breakfast included for the next day. Overall 10/10 experience."
