"From the moment we checked in, we were met with happy and helpful staff. We stayed in the Laurel room and it was beautiful and comfortable. One window faces the river! The room was complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer and Keurig with tea and coffee options. There are hiking trails all over the property. The Overlook was the most challenging because it’s steep. The Laurel Lounge and the Tapoco Tavern offer great drinks and food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available. Well worth planning a couples retreat as well as a family vacation! It’s very close to the Tail of the Dragon."

"Great Hotel especially if you came with a motorcycle. Very accommodating as they even provided towel to wipe down your motorcycle. The bed was comfortable and breakfast is included. There is ample parking around the building. The staff was very helpful with any needs I had."
