"I arrived early the next morning because I took the night bus When I tried to check in, they said there were no rooms available So I checked in late in the afternoon Even though I had already paid for all the rooms, they didn't give me a room right away They kept knocking while doing housekeeping around 8am And opened the door I was surprised while I was sleeping"

"This is extended stay accommodation and a typical hotel. Stinky smell(weed) all inside hallway/corridor/lift, stained carpets, no room service/cleaning(even on request) - you have to stay 14days to get a room service/cleaning. Kitchen minus any utensils, roaches inside room(we killed a few), the kitchen sink leaked water. Even the commode leaked."

"The breakfast was terrible in regards to the options, taste, and even the presentation was poor. The staff lack accountability and were defensive when feedback was given. The reception could do with a small face-lift to make it more homely and cozy. There was however a staff member called Myro his customer service is 10/10. Calm, professional and accommodating."
