"We stayed at this hostel for one night. I really liked its location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and all the main attractions. The hostel itself is new and very beautiful, with incredibly kind and pleasant staff. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, soft, and wide; even at 190 cm tall, I had plenty of legroom. This hostel left a very pleasant impression. Thank you to all the staff ☺️"

"A new, clean hotel with incredibly attentive service. There are only 11 rooms. Everything in the room was perfect, from the quality of the bedding to the soundproofing. We slept with the window open to the river. When I saw the railway bridge nearby, I braced myself for a night of jumping from passing freight trains, but they apparently don't run at night, and it was quiet. One evening, there was a wedding in the restaurant below the hotel. They apologized to us and invited us to a complimentary interactive evening city tour, specially organized for guests. It was a nice touch, and considering the weather and the white nights, we would have been out walking until late anyway. The breakfasts are delicious and à la carte (I don't like buffets). The salmon in the Scandinavian breakfast was amazing! We walked to all the attractions."

"The hotel was very enjoyable. Good rooms, only it was cool even with working air conditioner and battery (residing in January, on the street was -9). Breakfasts are excellent, everything is very delicious. Staff is pleasant, except a couple of people on the recipe. When the settlement was tried to convince us that we didn't pay for 4 people, but only 3. And when I said I would write in support and deal with immediately, they were scared and said, oh, yes we confused the names. You're all right. Very unpleasant rainfall remained. The pool is small but good and sauna too. Location in 15 minutes walk from the center. Very few cafes and restaurants nearby. To eat you need to go to the center. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. Near the market. For your money a great hotel!"

"We stayed in a suite. I went with my husband, son and dog. I really liked the room. A spacious two-room suite, clean, good bathroom, everything worked. All the accessories (shampoo, gel, even a razor) were there. The staff was friendly, they helped us find an exchange office, a tour guide and a good restaurant. The hotel has a very good location, not far from all the sights. There is its own parking. Of the small minuses, I can only note the breakfast, a lot of dishes, but you can’t say that everything tastes bad, but so-so. The tour guide said that there are few hotels in Grodno and therefore you need to book in advance. We liked this hotel, if we are in Grodno again we will stay there."

"We stayed for 1 night, but the impressions were as if we had been there for a week). Rooms in the style of France of the 19th century, spacious rooms, exquisite interiors, wonderful views from the window of the forest and fountain. Light, relaxing, pleasant music is playing. There are excellent L'ocitanne cosmetics in the bathroom. Well stocked in room bar. The restaurant is beyond praise. Dinner by candlelight and dim lighting create a particularly cozy romantic atmosphere. I really liked the dishes, as well as the cocktails. Thank you very much to our colleagues for congratulating our birthday boy on his birthday and dessert with a candle - it was very nice. Breakfast for the morning was organized in the Igloo - this is a transparent closed gazebo on the street under the trees, with a beautiful crystal chandelier, a table, soft chairs and a heater. It’s like you’re sitting outside, but neither rain, nor wind, nor cold is an obstacle). What quality and variety of breakfast dishes! Everything was sooo delicious, we haven’t enjoyed food so much for a long time! We took bicycles and rode along good bike paths in the pine forest, then walked and enjoyed the surrounding nature and beautiful views. In the evening we visited the sauna and swimming pool - a great place with all sorts of water massages. There is a transfer to the center of Grodno and back - they will bring you and pick you up when needed. The compliments from the hotel in the form of fresh fruit, cookies and chocolates, as well as a small lunch box for the road were very pleasant. The weekend was a success! We definitely recommend the hotel! Of course, it's not cheap, but it's worth it. A hotel where you can feel the soul and the desire to give people beauty and quality, and not a plastic “European-quality renovation” and a stupid desire to make money."

"Stayed for one night. Checked in quickly, the hotel was packed. They said that Wi-Fi only works on the first floor due to the number of guests. I didn't take breakfast, but there were 4 continental breakfasts to choose from, not very varied. There is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. It was very cold. Despite the fact that the room is small, the radiator did not heat up at all. The air conditioner did not work for heating. The bathroom is clean, there is disposable shampoo and gel. There is no bottled water, but there is a cooler on the floor (at least I saw it on mine). There are disposable slippers. If it weren't for the terrible cold in the room and the excellent audibility of everything that is happening around, I could give a very good rating."

Fairly quite despite central location. There was A/C (didn't use because it was actually cold). Spacious, clean room. Well lit desk area. Conveniently located power sockets. Amenities included mini-fridge and electric kettle. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order. The only issue was the shower tray not properly sloped, which tended to fill up with water. Average wifi. Breakfast with ok selection. Items labeled in English. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Overall, good value for price."

"The hotel's location is good, and the hotel's packaging is good. The downsides are the lack of a front desk, which is difficult for people who don't speak the local language to understand during check-in and check-out. Because there's no front desk, you need to upload your passport before check-in and scan the room's QR code and fill out a check-out form to leave. The entrance door has an electronic keypad lock. The first time I went, I didn't even know how to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. The second time, I contacted Ctrip customer service beforehand, and they helped me resolve the check-in and Wi-Fi issues. The only downside this time was that the double room they gave me was too small, only half the size of the previous one, and the heating wasn't good. After informing the housekeeping staff, the heating was better the next day."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was nothing but positive! The room was spacious and very cozy: clean bedding, comfortable furniture, and a modern design. I was especially pleased with how quiet it was – after long walks around the city, it's so important to be able to get a good night's rest. The staff was a particular delight. I was greeted with a smile at the front desk, and they were helpful and suggested some great nearby spots for a delicious dinner. The location is also superb: you can walk to the main attractions, and there are charming cafes and shops nearby. "Very close to all the main attractions. It's in the center of a low-rise historic building. The restaurant is delicious, and the courtyard has tables with umbrellas for relaxing. The linens in the room are nice (linen). The TVs are a bit old, but they have plenty of channels. Breakfast is a set menu, with a specific set to order in the evening. Overall, everything is very nice and clean, like everywhere in Belarus."
