"Because I came for an exam, I chose the nearest hotel. The service at the front desk is very average. Because I came for an exam, I booked a room. When I went to the front desk to check in, the lady at the front desk was very cold and wouldn't even look up at me. Later, it snowed heavily and I couldn't go back, so I booked another night. When I went to the front desk to extend my stay, the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room card without even saying which room it was. OK, no problem, just bear with it for now. The first time I changed rooms, as soon as I entered, there were three glaring cigarette butts in the bathroom. I called the front desk, but they just perfunctorily said, "I'll change your room." With such hygiene quality, they just said, "Change your room." Do you want to end it so hastily? After I told them many times that this is not a question of whether to change rooms or not, I was willing to hand over the precious supervisor to take a look. After waiting for five or six minutes, the supervisor didn't come. Okay, your occupancy rate is high and you are too busy to handle guests' problems. I will put up with it. Since your occupancy rate is high, you should allocate it reasonably. Don't just bring out an unprofessional middle-aged woman with no service skills to speak out! This matter ended hastily. Auntie said that all bath towels and quilt covers are changed for each guest.
