"This hotel was a letdown. While the hardware facilities were decent and the room was larger than what you'd find in the city – I guess that's its only plus. The cons, however, are numerous. Its location is remote with absolutely nothing to eat nearby. The hotel's own offerings are ridiculously expensive; a 200ml bottle of water was 13 Reais! They claim to have an airport shuttle service, but that was a joke. I started waiting at the airport at 8 AM and didn't get on a bus until past 1 PM. I called the front desk multiple times, and each time they'd tell me it runs every hour and give me a specific time, but nothing ever showed up. Eventually, the front desk just ghosted me – wouldn't answer calls or reply on WhatsApp, even though I politely just sent a picture asking if I was waiting in the wrong spot. I even tried to cancel through Ctrip, but, predictably, it was denied. So, don't believe their shuttle schedule; they only run it when they have guests actually going to the airport, but the front desk will routinely lie and tell you it's hourly. The front desk service was terrible and unwelcoming. They claim to have English-speaking staff, but the person who helped me didn't speak a word of English. To top it off, on my first afternoon, I had just taken off my clothes to shower when someone knocked, and without waiting, immediately opened the door! I was startled and quickly rushed to close and lock it. The next morning, around 10 AM, someone knocked again, and after a few insistent knocks, they just opened the door to ask if I wanted to restock the mini-bar snacks. Is this how you treat guests? And there wasn't even a 'Do Not Disturb' sign available."

"I can't understand why this hotel is so cheap. The hotel offers many services for the convenience of its guests, and the staff are so friendly. The sign says breakfast starts at 5:45, but when we arrived at the 28th floor breakfast restaurant at 5:45, many people had already eaten and left. I guess you can get in a little early. The hotel shuttle bus departs from the hotel every hour starting at 4:00 AM, and no reservation is required. A shuttle bus from the airport departs for the hotel every 30 minutes. The air conditioning can be turned off by pulling down the lever marked "fan coil." We were lucky enough to get a room on a high floor. The view was fantastic. This hotel is much better than the Ibis Hotel near the airport, which charges more than twice as much."

However, there's no refrigerator in the room. If you need to keep something cold, you can ask the front desk to store it in one of the two small refrigerators in the storage room. Rooms facing the road can be noisy."

"Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason."

"We picked the hostel because of its proximity to the airport. On that front it did not disappoint. But the area of the hostel is very far from any activities in Guarulhos let alone São Paulo. Although with uber that problem cube solved easily. But I would recommend the hostel rather for short layovers. The rooms were small (again better for layover than lengthy stay) but clean. At night the ACs can be quite loud (the one in front of our room was but the others not) but we addressed that so hopefully that is no issue for you. Somehow the Trip.com booking did not make its way to the hostel which I found out because I wanted to book an extra day. Trip.com coud not fix it but the communication with the hostel went really well and the organized it with me directly."
