"I wanted to cancel my trip because of the typhoon, but the shop refused to give me a refund. Ctrip staff were very helpful and assisted me several times, but I still couldn't get a refund. So I had to bite the bullet and go to the island anyway. I was surprised by how beautiful the environment was! It's a pristine, undeveloped island on Mango Island, with a blue sea and white sand beaches—absolutely gorgeous. The island owners were also very kind; everything was fine except for the geckos. I think they're common in Southeast Asian countries."

"The place was serene and distant from the noise and pollution of the city, making it an ideal retreat for rest and relaxation. Upon arrival, I was able to get a good night's sleep immediately. Although the location didn't offer much in terms of natural beauty or scenic views, it perfectly served my primary purpose of getting sufficient rest. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape the city's hustle and find some peace and quiet."

"WONDERFUL STAY Our three night stay began with problems. The hotel was double booked and we couldn't be accommodated for the second night. Fortunately the owner found us an excellent resort for that night and drove us there and back. The owner, his wife and all the staff were absolutely amazing. We've done a lot of travelling in the past year and this group of people were the friendliest by far. On a point of cleanliness, my wife lost a diamond earring in the room. We found it but only after turning the room upside down. The room was spotless!. As we were about to check out the owners gave us a cake for our anniversary. Great hosts and hope to see them again."

"Experience details: We stayed at their room kubo style for 2 nights. 1500 per night. Hello owner, please hear us out 😊 -No Mobile Signal due to it's remote location. - No free wifi but piso wifi is available. 50pesos for 24hrs. - Aircon on our room is below 1hp, resulting to a hot temp situation. Electric fan is already present but still not enough. Recommended hp for our room is 1hp & above to compensate it's weather especially in the afternoon. - if you are a traveller with NO Transportation vehicle , this place is not for you. The location is not accessible from the road. 5-7mins walk from the property to the main road. - If you think there is an amazing beach to swim beside this property, For us There's None. View only. You can swim but considering its color & cleanliness, i think you cannot. Nasugbu Batangas is much cleaner. - Towels must be asked. - Free breakfast ( egg, rice & coffee) other food preference are optional in the menu. - The staff are very approachable & hospitable. Very good customer service💯 - If you just want a place to stay, you can book here. Thank you for the wonderful customer service you guys have provided us. Hoping that you may consider upgrading your pool & facilities. By the way, paintings are beautiful 😍"

"The food was terrible, just as other reviews mentioned. The stir-fried vegetables were bland, and the braised pork was cold and dry, completely unappetizing. I was told breakfast was free, but when I checked out, I found out the iced latte I ordered was not (only hot coffee and a few other items were free). To make matters worse, the iced latte was mostly melted ice, tasting like plain water – the worst iced latte I've ever had, I only took one sip. The hotel itself was clean and the interior design was nice, but the food completely ruined the experience. They should at least allow guests to bring in their own food."
