When I told the front desk that the bed sizes were different from the room I booked, they made a ridiculous remark asking if I was planning to have three people stay there, and didn't take any further action. Since it was a long-awaited trip with my husband, I didn't want to get into an argument, so I didn't make a complaint. I was very disappointed. Please update the description to state that it is a twin with two single beds, not a queen and a single. I request prompt action. I am disappointed in Trip.com."

"I had to make an urgent reservation two days before my trip due to a change in accommodation, and the phone response was friendly and the response upon arrival was also good. I was a little embarrassed because the bathroom in the room was translucent and had a door that didn't lock. I think there will be a lot of families with a double bed, so I think it would be better to use a regular door for spaces where privacy is important, such as the bathroom. Also, the TV was big, which was nice, and there was a styler and a slow, but slow PC, so I had a good time, even if it was only for a short time. The bed was comfortable 👍"
