I have to give this a five-star review! The proactive greeting from the front desk staff as soon as I entered showed how attentive the hotel was. The shower water pressure was excellent, and the rice noodles for breakfast were delicious and helped wash away the day's fatigue. What touched me most was that when they saw we had a child, the staff proactively brought us a children's toiletries set – such thoughtful service is truly rare!

I was absolutely thrilled to book this hotel for my business trip! I was initially worried that the online pictures wouldn't match the reality, but I was blown away the moment I stepped off the bus. The entrance was grand and clean, and the security guard at the door was incredibly welcoming, helping me with my luggage and even asking if I needed parking directions – my positive impression was off the charts. The receptionist was super efficient at check-in, providing smiling service throughout. She even thoughtfully reminded me of breakfast times and restaurant locations. Seeing that I was carrying a laptop, she specifically recommended a quiet east-facing room, saying it had good natural light and wouldn't be noisy – that really appealed to me! Entering the room was an even bigger surprise. There was absolutely no unpleasant smell from new renovations; instead, there was a subtle fragrance. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows had neck support features, a godsend for someone like me with neck problems.

Really recommend this hotel! The room environment is super good, quiet and clean, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the service is intimate and thoughtful, and the stay is super comfortable.

The room is on the fifth floor, the floor is low, the light is not good, there is a building in the west to block the light, and the window to the east to see the iron shed. It is better to live above the 6th floor. The lobby of the 3 hotels is connected, which is the same as a corporate hotel. Breakfast is eaten together in the lobby on the second floor. There are many people and the breakfast variety is average. In addition, the opening time of the swimming pool is different from the opening time announced online. It is not open on May 1st. The 4th floor is an activity fitness center. The residents can use it for free and the service attitude is very good. The front desk staff is not familiar with business, and the procedures are slow and wrong. The hotel has Xishan Tour tickets, 60 yuan / Zhang, cheaper than the Xishan Gate to buy 80 yuan / Zhang, it is recommended to buy at the hotel. There is a hotel in the hotel, the consumer price is cheap, suitable for mass consumption. 213 yuan / night with breakfast is very cost-effective.
