GGuest UserHands down, this is the best guesthouse in the area when it comes to facilities. The rooms are brand new and impeccably clean. The owners are incredibly warm and hospitable. This is an absolute must-stay for families with children! You can feed Caicai, the marmot in their courtyard, and even go mushroom foraging in the mountains. The owner's stewed meat with mushrooms over rice is simply divine!

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay here. The host and staff are super kind and caring. My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay.
We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi.
We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier.

SSurina binti IdrisWe are very satisfied with this hotel. The room is very clean. The mattress is soft, and we had a comfortable sleep. Oxygen is provided in the room, and there is also floor heating, which is very helpful in the very cold weather and high altitude.
The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, even though we communicated using a translation app. The hotel also provides free breakfast. For us as Muslims, bread, eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, and fruits are already sufficient.
This is a good hotel for Muslim travelers as a stopover on the way to Daocheng Yading, as there are two halal Muslim restaurants within a 7–10 minute walking distance. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Yuntian Dreamland Hotel was excellent overall. From the facilities and cleanliness to the service, breakfast quality, oxygen concentrator, spacious rooms with large TVs, big beds, and comfortable underfloor heating, everything was great. They had everything you could need, were clean and tidy, and were very attentive to our needs, offering services like room service and a free printer – very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure. Absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserThis hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good.

AAlyssa Teng 敏丽Super hospitable hosts. Very welcoming. Room is very clean. Shower room was awesome. Smart room comes in handy. We even caught drama on the projector before bedtime. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Highly recommended!
Just some things to take note of, though it didn’t bother us at all:
there’s no lift and
it’s abit of an uphill/downhill walk to 柳柳城.

The service was completely unprofessional. The staff knew nothing about basic amenities like in-room oxygen supply and would just push responsibility around when issues arose. The restaurant staff's attire was chaotic, without a uniform dress code, giving a very unhygienic impression. The room's cleanliness was appalling; the toilet paper was stored in a contaminated spot, making it unusable. There was a strong, pungent odor indoors, giving a strong sense of formaldehyde exceeding safe levels. Staying in the room for long periods caused dizziness and chest tightness, making it completely unsuitable for occupancy.
Paid a high price for an experience worse than a budget hotel. Management is disorganized, and hygiene is a serious concern. Highly do not recommend.

I can't believe I found such a gem of a hotel here!
The front desk lady was so welcoming and even turned on the floor heating before I checked in. She patiently explained how to use all the hotel's facilities.
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Even though these are basic hotel services, I still found them to be very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
