Kangding Hotels with Gym

Our trip to Tagong, Western Sichuan, found its warmest surprise in the Kangding Tagong Pokhara Smart Manor. Located in Tagong Town, the manor perfectly blends the relaxed, rustic charm of the ******* plateau with a tastefully tidy courtyard and rooms. Our deluxe sunroom was exceptionally bright, offering breathtaking views of the clear highland sky and distant mountains right from the window. Our three-day stay was incredibly comfortable and soothing, completely melting away the fatigue of our long road trip. What truly touched us was the genuine warmth and hospitality. The owner and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. Every evening, they thoughtfully delivered warm milk, chasing away the chill of the highland nights. On one occasion, returning to the manor after being caught in the rain, the owner immediately brought us freshly brewed ginger tea, its warmth spreading from our tongues throughout our bodies. These thoughtful details, more than any luxurious amenities, truly resonated with us. This is far more than just a place to stay; it's a welcoming haven on our Western Sichuan journey. Should I ever return to Tagong, I will undoubtedly stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler venturing into this beautiful wilderness.

The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with sparkling floors and tabletops. The facilities were complete, and there was plenty of hot water. The location was convenient for getting around. I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is my second visit, and my first was three years ago. Back then, everything was absolutely amazing. However, this time I was quite disappointed. The environment wasn't as good as before, and the building I stayed in last time was even demolished, apparently for being an illegal construction. On the upside, the food was better than before. During dinner, a team gathering was happening, and they were using the restaurant's projector to watch videos, which was incredibly noisy. While I understand that the equipment can be used, it really affected other guests' dining experience. When I asked how much longer the loud video would be playing, the staff only said 'soon' (but it wasn't soon at all). They didn't seem to ask the group to be more considerate of others, and that kind of 'peacekeeping' service approach left a very poor impression.

There are many B&Bs in Xinduqiao, and I spent a long time choosing this one. I looked at the reviews, and they were mostly 5-star, with only one negative one. I was a little nervous, but I decided to give it a try because it had a large garden, and since we were traveling with our dog, it was very appealing. After checking in, I was completely satisfied. The B&B is not directly on the street, so it's not noisy, and it's conveniently located for restaurants. The room was spacious, and it had a large balcony, which was very comfortable. The bedding was also very good, clean and comfortable. There was underfloor heating, and the water in the shower and washbasin was plenty hot and clear, with no fluctuating temperatures or irregularities. The bathroom also had a heater, which was very warm. My favorite thing about this place is the large garden. The dogs had a blast running around. There's no charge for bringing dogs, and no deposit required. Great! 👍 Upon arrival, two handsome guys helped carry our suitcases to the room. Excellent service! 👍 As for the downsides, the cleanliness was average. The floor didn't seem mopped, but since we all wore slippers, it wasn't a big deal. There were some hairs in the bathroom and surrounding area that weren't swept clean. The cabinets in the room were also a bit dusty. The balcony chairs and table were covered in dust. I used a towel to clean them myself, as I loved sitting on the balcony, which is so relaxing. I hope the B&B can improve its hygiene management. If it improves, it'll be perfect. Since the stairs and some areas are made of wood, the soundproofing is average. We stayed two nights, and there weren't many guests, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, this B&B is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

Great location for a stopover as it is located right next to the bus station. The room is ok but overpriced. The beds are confortable. The bathroom provides 0 intimacy. Expect everyone in the room to hear and smell whatever happens there (and inevitable loud flush noise at night). As often, the AI generated pictures are misleading : the view is on the neighbourhood, currently under construction, and the room is obviously not as new as shown. Out of 3 people at reception, only one was nice, the others couldn’t care less and were quite rude. They even made fun of my wife for not being able to read Chinese (***, seriously). All in all, I would not recommend.

When I walked into the room, the first thing I saw was the spotless white sheets and quilt covers. The towels were made of Tencel + cotton, with a delicate texture; the bathroom surprised me even more. The toilet, sink, and shower area were all polished, and even the mirror looked like it was newly installed, which could clearly reflect every detail. What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use. Service experience: Service is a highlight of the hotel. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions. She took the initiative to care whether the guests would feel uncomfortable on the plateau, and prepared various emergency medicines for everyone. It can be felt that the boss lady treated every guest very sincerely. Environment and atmosphere: The design of the hotel is very distinctive, with gardens, lawns, and streams. Although the garden is still under construction, it makes people feel very comfortable as a whole. When you wake up in the morning, open the window, and the fresh air blows in, you will feel very happy instantly. The decoration style inside the hotel is also very distinctive, and the materials are very particular, making people feel both fashionable and warm. Details: The hotel adopts whole-house intelligence, and the most important thing is the small molecule water in the whole house. The attention to details really touched us. Special emphasis is on being particularly friendly to dogs, and preparing doghouses for dogs. The warmth of the boss lady: I must once again express my special feeling that the boss lady is really the soul of the hotel. She will deliver breakfast to the room intimately, so that we can feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. She also often chats with guests to understand everyone's needs and feelings, and really treats every guest as a friend. In short, this stay experience is unforgettable for me. Whether it is hygiene, service, environment or details, it is impeccable, and it beats some so-called five-star hotels in Xinduqiao. The enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the proprietress added a lot of warmth to this trip. If I have the opportunity to visit Xinduqiao, I will definitely continue to stay in this hotel and strongly recommend it to every friend!

The front desk staff were absolutely lovely! So warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our original room's projector wasn't working, so they promptly moved us to another one. We went during the off-season, and it was also their restocking period, so we couldn't have a bonfire, which was a bit of a shame. However, the environment is still beautiful. The breakfast was incredibly considerate; because we were suffering from altitude sickness, they brought a full meal directly to our room. It was a well-balanced and nutritious mix of meat and vegetables. Plus, it's dog-friendly! It's definitely worth it, and I've already recommended it to my friends.

Most amazing place to be in Kangding ! The view is awesome, the villa is very classy with a stunning view. The owner is friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Kangding.

I came to 318 for tourism and passed by her house. I chose her house because of how clean the environment outside the hotel was. The room was also very good. You can see the snow-capped mountains in the sun from the window. The facilities in the room are complete and everything is very good. Not to mention the service attitude, it's like my own home. The proprietress and the service lady are very enthusiastic. When we ate, they came to tell us how to eat well. I like this hotel very much. The room price and the meal are all conscientious businesses. There is also free breakfast in the morning. This is a restaurant that you must check in when you come to Tagong for tourism. Yema Haizi is the first choice for accommodation. It is very suitable for self-driving. It only takes 20-30 minutes to get there by car. The location is very convenient.
