__WeChat53997****The B&B is located at 3,800 meters (1,800 feet) on the plateau. We arrived in the afternoon and felt a bit weak getting off the bus. đ Thankfully, the weather was perfect, with Yala Snow Mountain unobstructed. My friend could see the sunrise over Golden Mountain from her bed. Even though I felt a little dizzy, it was worth it!
The B&B room was spacious, just like the photos on Ctrip. It had an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and floor heating. As soon as we checked in, the staff served us fruit and butter tea, which is great for relieving altitude sickness and is delicious. (Those who like milk tea should try the ******* sweet tea.)
In the evening, we traveled from Tagong to Balangshengdu. From the 4,300-meter platform, we saw Golden Mountain and two afterglows!
When we returned, the B&B had already prepared our reserved dinner. Due to altitude sickness, I only had two yogurt steamed buns đ, but my friends said the soup pot was delicious and filling (they were too busy eating to take photos đ).
The B&B staff noticed my altitude sickness and prepared an oxygen concentrator for me. They also explained the precautions: no showering or washing hair, and the floor heating shouldn't be turned up high.
In the end, the B&B was great. We ate two meals like crazy, and the oxygen concentrator was a lifesaver. The hardworking and honest staff are all local Tibetans. Tashi Delek! I wish you all the best!

GGuest UserJust got back from Xinduqiao, and while the memory's still fresh, I absolutely have to rave about this unexpected gem we stumbled upon. Honestly, by the time we reached Xinduqiao, I was pretty tired and didn't have high expectations for accommodation; I just wanted a decent night's sleep. But this place gave me quite a few pleasant surprises.
The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was how 'un-highland-like warm' it was. The underfloor heating was cranked up, and walking barefoot felt incredibly comfortable. There was a free oxygen diffuser running, almost silently, and indeed, it was the soundest sleep I'd had since arriving at altitude. No headaches, and I woke up feeling completely refreshed.
My room had a window with an excellent view, and the scenery was truly breathtaking â nestled by mountains and a river. In the evening, I just curled up on the sofa in my room, doing nothing but watching the mountains and clouds outside slowly change colors, from golden to pinkish-purple, eventually darkening as stars began to twinkle one by one. In that moment, all the driving I'd done that day felt absolutely worth it.
The hotel's common areas were also quite interesting. The coffee bar and screening area were connected and designed with an open feel. I ordered a drink here one evening and chatted with some fellow travelers I'd met on the road; the atmosphere was very relaxed. I only realized it was pet-friendly when I saw other guests with their dogs â one dog was quietly lounging on the terrace, enjoying the view, which was quite heartwarming.
The staff didn't feel like 'hotel employees'; they were more like friends helping you out. I casually asked where the best spot for sunrise was, and the guy not only gave detailed directions but also showed me photos he'd taken on his phone and offered time recommendations. If I had to pick a flaw, since the hotel is newly opened, you can still see a few signs of it being fresh and not fully 'broken in,' but it's nothing major. Breakfast is a simple set menu, but a steaming bowl of rice noodles hit the spot perfectly. For those driving, parking is very convenient.
Overall, it doesn't feel like a cold, impersonal hotel; it's more like a warm haven that understands both the plateau and its travelers. If you're passing through Xinduqiao and looking for a comfortable and good-value place to stay, this one is definitely worth considering.

JJufengbiaojieMy decision to spend two days in Xinduqiao during this trip to Western Sichuan, and choosing the Zanba Hotel, was the wisest one. The weather in Xinduqiao was terrible, but at Zanba I felt right at home, especially with the two ******* young men, Jiacuo and Gangjia, who proactively helped with my luggage, always greeted me with smiles and concern, and even brought me a sleep-inducing dessert at night. The hotel rooms were exceptionally large, and remarkably, they used genuine diffused oxygen supply, ensuring a very restful sleep. My two days at Zanba encompassed two seasons, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Even without going out, the hotel offered activities like archery and trying on ******* clothing. The only regret was that the weather prevented me from participating in the hotel's hiking activities; I definitely want to try them next time.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had limited choices, nevertheless I enjoyed it. The hotel has hot springs. They are natural, however heated, not natural temperature. I think I overpaid (180rmb) for a driver to take me to Mugecuo, which is only about 12 km. My 4 hour car ride back to Chengdu was only 150 rmb. The hotel is about 7km from the downtown kangding area. Overall, I enjoyed it peaceful, quiet place. Itâs a bit remote, ideal for people who want to get away from people and crowds.

Choosing to stay in Xinduqiao on the first day is actually very risky for people who are prone to altitude sickness, so it is very important to choose a hotel with an oxygen concentrator. I woke up with a headache at 2 a.m. and asked my boss, and he said the oxygen concentrator was also online. I give a big thumbs up.
The boss is from Hunan and is very warm-hearted. Originally, I wanted to eat out after arriving at the hotel, but the boss was very confident in his dinner, so we chose to eat in the hotel. It was really good, especially the stir-fried dishes, which went really well with rice. The breakfast was about average for western Sichuan, neither good nor bad.
In winter, there is floor heating, so be sure to put things that are sensitive to heat on the table.
The temperature in the bathroom rises slowly, so it is recommended not to wash your hair or take a shower on the first day.

DDKZMWhen I booked the room, I noticed that the hotel had floor heating and oxygen supply. Before I arrived at the room, the hotel had already turned on the floor heating and oxygen supply. I felt very comfortable when I entered the room, and the room was relatively clean.
But the good times didnât last long. At night, due to the overload of power supply in Xinduqiao, the voltage was unstable, resulting in the inability to use floor heating, oxygen supply and lighting normally.
Fortunately, the hotel's service attitude is very good. When encountering problems, they respond and propose solutions in a timely manner. I give a thumbs up for this. I will consider staying here next time.

**Pros:**
1. Both the exterior and interior boast an impressive design. Situated by a stream, it offers unparalleled, highly photogenic views, which is arguably its main selling point.
2. Located at an altitude of over 3500 meters, the hotel provides diffused oxygen systems in its rooms to help alleviate altitude sickness.
3. The concierge service was warm and attentive; someone proactively greeted us and helped with luggage upon our arrival.
4. The restaurant offers creative dishes at reasonable prices, and the breakfast spread is plentiful.
**Cons:**
1. No bathrobes were provided in the room (which is typically a standard amenity for hotels of this caliber).
2. Restaurant service was a bit inconsistent. Despite being a 'no-smoking' establishment, it wasn't enforced, and there were no designated smoking/non-smoking areas. At breakfast, we even noticed cigarette butts and empty packs from the previous day still scattered on the floor.
3. Trash outside the windows wasn't cleared promptly.
I truly hope the hotel continues to enhance both its facilities and services.

GGuest UserThe B&B is located halfway up the mountain with a good view. I stayed with my children. There were no other problems except that the parking space was a bit steep. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us park the car and upgraded the room for free (it should be a special benefit for traveling in the off-season haha). The breakfast was made by the boss himself and it was delicious. The children loved it too! Overall itâs very good!

GGuest UserTime Forgiveness Resort is where we're staying for the next two days. I'm really impressed with this hotel; its modern decor seamlessly blends with numerous ******* elements. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming! Upon arrival, she presented us with a Hada (a ceremonial scarf) and offered a heartwarming bowl of butter tea.
The staff member helped us with our luggage to our room and gave us a tour of the facilities. What really caught my attention was the oxygen enrichment system, which allows for direct oxygen inhalation or can diffuse oxygen throughout the room.
Our room also came with a complimentary fruit platter, and the mini-fridge was stocked with free Coke, Sprite, and biscuits. These thoughtful little touches truly made me feel the room rate was fantastic value for money!
Disposable nasal oxygen cannulas and bottled water were readily available for self-service next to the elevator on every floor, which was incredibly convenient.
Every evening before 10 PM, the hotel courtyard hosts a bonfire gathering. It's wonderfully relaxing to sit by the fire, listen to music, and if you're feeling brave, talented guests are even invited to sing a song or two!

The night view outside the window is charming, and you can see the brilliant lights of Kangding City.
