JJufengbiaojieMy decision to spend two days in Xinduqiao during this trip to Western Sichuan, and choosing the Zanba Hotel, was the wisest one. The weather in Xinduqiao was terrible, but at Zanba I felt right at home, especially with the two ******* young men, Jiacuo and Gangjia, who proactively helped with my luggage, always greeted me with smiles and concern, and even brought me a sleep-inducing dessert at night. The hotel rooms were exceptionally large, and remarkably, they used genuine diffused oxygen supply, ensuring a very restful sleep. My two days at Zanba encompassed two seasons, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Even without going out, the hotel offered activities like archery and trying on ******* clothing. The only regret was that the weather prevented me from participating in the hotel's hiking activities; I definitely want to try them next time.

As a ”low-key” traveler who is used to enjoying the journey quietly and never takes photos or writes reviews, I rarely take the initiative to share my accommodation experience. But this time I stayed in this hotel, which really made me want to strongly recommend it!
Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene standards can be described as ”cleanliness-friendly”. When I walked into the room, the first thing I saw was the spotless white sheets and quilt covers. The towels were made of Tencel + cotton, with a delicate texture; the bathroom surprised me even more. The toilet, sink, and shower area were all polished, and even the mirror looked like it was newly installed, which could clearly reflect every detail. What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use.
Service experience: Service is a highlight of the hotel. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions. She took the initiative to care whether the guests would feel uncomfortable on the plateau, and prepared various emergency medicines for everyone. It can be felt that the boss lady treated every guest very sincerely.
Environment and atmosphere: The design of the hotel is very distinctive, with gardens, lawns, and streams. Although the garden is still under construction, it makes people feel very comfortable as a whole. When you wake up in the morning, open the window, and the fresh air blows in, you will feel very happy instantly. The decoration style inside the hotel is also very distinctive, and the materials are very particular, making people feel both fashionable and warm.
Details: The hotel adopts whole-house intelligence, and the most important thing is the small molecule water in the whole house. The attention to details really touched us. Special emphasis is on being particularly friendly to dogs, and preparing doghouses for dogs.
The warmth of the boss lady: I must once again express my special feeling that the boss lady is really the soul of the hotel. She will deliver breakfast to the room intimately, so that we can feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. She also often chats with guests to understand everyone's needs and feelings, and really treats every guest as a friend.
In short, this stay experience is unforgettable for me. Whether it is hygiene, service, environment or details, it is impeccable, and it beats some so-called five-star hotels in Xinduqiao. The enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the proprietress added a lot of warmth to this trip. If I have the opportunity to visit Xinduqiao, I will definitely continue to stay in this hotel and strongly recommend it to every friend!

GGuest UserStaff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had limited choices, nevertheless I enjoyed it. The hotel has hot springs. They are natural, however heated, not natural temperature. I think I overpaid (180rmb) for a driver to take me to Mugecuo, which is only about 12 km. My 4 hour car ride back to Chengdu was only 150 rmb. The hotel is about 7km from the downtown kangding area. Overall, I enjoyed it peaceful, quiet place. It’s a bit remote, ideal for people who want to get away from people and crowds.

GGuest UserI decided to go on a whim. I searched for Yemu, a hot spring hotel with good reviews on Ctrip and booked it. When I arrived at the hotel and saw the exterior, I felt very good. After entering, the owner was very enthusiastic. When I saw the room and the hot spring pool, I felt relieved that I made the right choice today. The room is large and clean. The hot spring is comfortable, especially the rooftop hot spring, which is simply too good. I have already agreed with my friends to come again in May~~~

There is a river in front of the door (it should be the folding river), the small courtyard is convenient for parking, the courtyard is spacious, there are many beautiful roses and roses, and there is a feeling of paradise in the mountains and rivers. The outdoor sofa and pavilion in the small courtyard also provide us with convenience for viewing the beautiful scenery. It is not far from the city. I am really satisfied! I want to stay after two days, but I don’t have a room. It is recommended to book a room or two in advance and choose a viewing room.

AAnonymous UserI was really looking forward to this hotel, but I was more disappointed than I expected.
First, let me start with the pros: It was the secluded hotel I was looking for, far from the hustle and bustle of Xinduqiao Town. There's a large camping area, surrounded by lush green mountains and water, making it a very relaxing place. The balcony was very comfortable, with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Cons: As soon as I entered, I was greeted by flies and mosquitoes. I asked the staff if they had a mosquito repellent or toilet water, but they said no, only insecticide. They said they had a colleague bring it from town (no further information). The room was average cleanliness, with mosquitoes still lingering in the corners of the curtains. There was no air conditioning, but there was an air conditioning panel. There were no windows, but there was a door to the balcony, so I had to keep it open for fresh air, but mosquitoes would still fly in. The reservation included mushroom picking, but when I asked, they said they didn't have any available and I had to pick them elsewhere. The sweet part was the cookies at the front desk. The next day, I asked for an oxygen concentrator for breakfast, and they said it would be delivered to my room. When I got back, it wasn't there. I called and texted them, but they didn't respond. I had to go downstairs again, only to find them chatting in the kitchen. This is a new hotel, and the service and cleanliness aren't up to par yet. My stay wasn't great. There was even a large umbrella on the balcony, but it was folded and unused. The price wasn't cheap, and this kind of inadequate service, experience, and cleanliness is truly unacceptable.

TTMCkanshijieFirst of all, the owner and his wife have created a very unique and beautiful B&B. Each room is unique. We chose a room with a hot spring view. After a few words with the owner, he said the townhouse hot spring room was more comfortable, so we switched. That evening, the owner's wife personally made a hot spring soup with wild mushrooms and yak beef, and the yak beef was truly delicious. In the evening, the owner took us and our dog to play with his horses. It was a wonderful experience to see city dogs running around in the lawn. After a hot spring bath, we had a peaceful sleep. Breakfast was a simple white porridge, eggs, and sweet potatoes, which was both very natural and delicious! Highly recommended!

The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, the environment elegant, comfortable, and pleasant—a perfect place for a relaxing getaway with kids. A truly home-away experience! We stayed two nights. The breakfast was plentiful. We took the kids hiking and mushroom picking, but when we returned to the hotel, the head chef said we couldn't eat them—it's all about the experience… We had barbecue on the terrace and soaked in the hot springs in the evening. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kangding! Convenient parking, five-star cleanliness, five-star service—highly recommended! 👍

IiamlydiaaaaaEnvironment: The environment is really good, the room design is super strong, all are large floor-to-ceiling windows, open the curtains is the picturesque mountain view, giving this Xinduqiao journey experience a lot of points! I don't want to go out and sit in the room. The scenery in the morning and evening is different. You can already make crazy films in the public area of the hotel!
Facilities: The hotel has its own hot springs, the rooms have floor heating, oxygen, and the hotel is conveniently located at the highest point of the surrounding B&B hotels. If the weather is good, you can directly see the snow-capped mountains! Hotels and supermarkets can be reached in three or five minutes by car.
Service: It is worth mentioning that the details of this hotel are particularly large, the toiletries are Ferragamo luxury products, afternoon tea and breakfast are also delicious! New energy vehicles also have free slow charging, green cars rushing to Western Sichuan do not have to worry about the anxiety of life! I can see that the hotel is really attentive in terms of details!
Hygienic: The hotel is very new, we are in the off-season, and we specially looked at the rest area of the restaurant and lobby.

GGuest UserI've had this place saved for a long time, and it definitely didn't disappoint! First off, the room was clean and tidy, and it even had underfloor heating. The owners, a husband and wife, were very warm and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. Plus, the hot springs are natural – you can even see the spring source! There's one swimming pool and ten smaller soaking pools, all with constantly flowing water, which is incredibly clean. We even got to experience it during a snowfall, which was absolutely beautiful. The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends!
