GGuest UserUpon arrival, we were each presented with a Hada, which was a really thoughtful touch. Our room was upgraded to one directly facing Mount Gongga. In the evening, we were treated to a double rainbow and a sky ablaze with sunset colors, and the next morning, we had a full, breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountain – it was an absolute delight! A friendly staff member escorted us to our room and even turned on the oxygen machine, demonstrating truly thoughtful service. Both the hotel and the room were exquisitely designed, well-appointed with all facilities, and extremely comfortable. We even received a complimentary fruit platter. The only minor drawbacks were that due to unfavorable weather, the bonfire party couldn't be held, and a promised item referred to as 'Gufa Chenxiao' (I'm still not sure what it was) was not provided.

AAnonymous UserIt was my first time staying at Miyun Private Soup B&B in Xinduqiao. The owner upgraded my room for free. The staff had excellent service attitude, polite and enthusiastic staff, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was well-equipped: there was a free oxygen concentrator, humidifier, and elevator. There were also charging piles in the parking lot. There was also a restaurant in the hotel, where you could choose to eat yak beef hot pot and stir-fry, as well as barbecue. The soup pot tasted very good. A very good experience.

EE0470****The hotel has convenient parking and good front desk service. We encountered a problem with hot water. The service staff were proactive in handling the situation and took the initiative to upgrade our room to a larger one. The indoor environment was clean and quiet. The environment was really good, with beautiful scenery. However, there may not be many flowers in this season. It may take June or July for the roses to bloom. It did not affect sleep. They were enthusiastic and efficient, basically responsive to requests, free parking, and very satisfied with the stay!” 🚗 Very satisfied with the service, the service is excellent and worth staying.

PPiezhuziThe room was incredibly spacious and beautiful, and the hot spring pool was large and wonderfully relaxing. The hot spring water is natural; I called to ask why the water wasn't consistently hot, worried about wasting water by letting it run, and they told me, ”Don't worry about wasting it, let it run as much as you like! The water comes directly from the spring source!” 😂
The heating was excellent, to the point where I'd wake up from being too warm in the middle of the night, so there's no need to worry about being cold. The landlady was very kind, and the owner's braised beef was absolutely delicious!
The surrounding scenery was beautiful, with views of snow-capped mountains, and there's also a Red Sea Lake about a 30-minute drive away.
My only regret is that it didn't snow during this trip. An even bigger regret is that my partner suffered from some altitude sickness, so we had to stealthily check out in the early hours of the morning...
We'll be back in a few days after taking some Rhodiola!

GGuest UserThe room felt that the bed was also very general election heating and electric blankets, and it was very hot in the middle of the night. The boss is very nice and easy-going. When we arrived, we asked if there was mahjong to play, and let us play mahjong at their home. Very close to Mustang Haizi, 20 minutes drive to Xuemenkan

BBaomihuaKKThe room was quite clean, though there were a few neglected spots. It would be perfect if they could clean it more thoroughly. The underfloor heating was fantastic; after soaking in the hot spring, returning to the room felt like summer, completely unlike the sub-zero temperatures on the plateau—so warm and comfortable! The hot spring experience was also excellent. Although I didn't see the actual spring source, the feeling was just like the Ninety-Nine Mile Waterfall Hot Spring in Luoji Mountain. The best part was that I actually mastered the breathing technique for freestyle swimming in their large hot spring pool—I was thrilled! 😁 Their hotel is only a 26-minute drive from Honghaizi scenic area and just 15 minutes from Mugecuo. Both attractions are definitely worth visiting together! Next time, I'll also check out the nearby 'Wu Shi' for coffee. 😀🥳

RRuyuan222Absolutely perfect, exceeding all expectations! The hotel facilities are complete, with meticulous attention to detail in both hardware and soft furnishings. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, the environment elegant, comfortable, and pleasant—a perfect place for a relaxing getaway with kids. A truly home-away experience! We stayed two nights. The breakfast was plentiful. We took the kids hiking and mushroom picking, but when we returned to the hotel, the head chef said we couldn't eat them—it's all about the experience… We had barbecue on the terrace and soaked in the hot springs in the evening. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kangding! Convenient parking, five-star cleanliness, five-star service—highly recommended! 👍

XXiaotiantianThe hotel's environment is excellent, and the facilities are very new. I especially want to commend the hotel's service team for their enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness. A special thank you goes to Silang and Xiao Yang. Before checking in, they proactively contacted us, sent the hotel's location, and inquired about our arrival time and needs. After checking in, they learned we were experiencing altitude sickness and promptly delivered an oxygen machine. The next day, Silang personally drove us to the scenic area entrance and then drove us to a restaurant in the city for dinner. The service was incredibly thorough. The breakfast was also delicious.

MM340164****Very good hot spring hotel, the boss and staff are very enthusiastic, personally take a look at the spring, the first time I saw how the hot spring came up, it was really a real sulfur hot spring! At the same time, fortunately, the small students in the south saw heavy snow, piled snowmen, and installed tire non-slip chain for the first time in their lives, and went home safely!

TTMCkanshijieFirst of all, the owner and his wife have created a very unique and beautiful B&B. Each room is unique. We chose a room with a hot spring view. After a few words with the owner, he said the townhouse hot spring room was more comfortable, so we switched. That evening, the owner's wife personally made a hot spring soup with wild mushrooms and yak beef, and the yak beef was truly delicious. In the evening, the owner took us and our dog to play with his horses. It was a wonderful experience to see city dogs running around in the lawn. After a hot spring bath, we had a peaceful sleep. Breakfast was a simple white porridge, eggs, and sweet potatoes, which was both very natural and delicious! Highly recommended!
