LLui de PaulaExcellent hotel in the borders of the Tagong grasslands. When we arrived, we were a bit worried that it was too far from the town, but the owner gracefully drove us there the next morning.
After sitting down and watching the view for a while, we were completely satisfied for having chosen this place.
The owner is extremely nice, we talked with him a few times. The hotel is on the land behind his family's home, so it's all very cozy. When we had problems calling a taxi from Muya temple, he went there to pick us up himself. He also assisted us on finding a ride back to Kangding.The ******* breakfast was very good, as well.
Even though it is a tent and the toilet is shared, we found it cleaner than almost all hotels in the same price range in China. The beds are also nicely soft.

Environment: Great. The lobby is huge and has a fireplace that creates a wonderful ambiance.
Friends from all over gathered here, and the owner even allowed volunteers to shower and do laundry for free. Such a great person!!!!!!! A big thank you to the owner!

The floor heating radiator electric blanket humidifier, the toiletries lelabo, the disposable towels and bath towels are fully equipped with various software, and the outdoor wind blows more than ten degrees below zero. The room is also very warm. Lying on the bed facing the Yala Snow Mountain, quiet and detached, the scenery is so good 🥹 The service has a temperature. Whether it is the guest who lives in the store or comes to drink the afternoon car, there is a high reaction. The store is very concerned about taking care of 👍 Very warm heart ～ Dinner yak soup pot meat is delicate, the bottom of the pot tastes very natural, and the price is not cheap. LLarissa 丽莎Our room in Kangding had a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming putting a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Besides they made great coffee!
You can enjoy the coffee sitting on the terrace which has a beautiful view over the mountains.
Especially the receptionist Bing invested so much effort to help us organize our trip and giving us an unforgettable evening.
The location is also not far from the city center. You can reach it by walking.
We would definitely visit again! ☺️

AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient and easy to find, the navigation can be directly reached, the little brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and has been waiting at the parking place to help us with our luggage! ! The children have a slight high reaction after arriving, but fortunately, the room has an oxygen system for 24 hours! Breakfast is also great, just one person! In the morning, you can see the cattle eating grass on the back lawn, it is really nice! There is a Kudi diagonally opposite the btw hotel! 🉑

The service was completely unprofessional. The staff knew nothing about basic amenities like in-room oxygen supply and would just push responsibility around when issues arose. The restaurant staff's attire was chaotic, without a uniform dress code, giving a very unhygienic impression. The room's cleanliness was appalling; the toilet paper was stored in a contaminated spot, making it unusable. There was a strong, pungent odor indoors, giving a strong sense of formaldehyde exceeding safe levels. Staying in the room for long periods caused dizziness and chest tightness, making it completely unsuitable for occupancy.
Paid a high price for an experience worse than a budget hotel. Management is disorganized, and hygiene is a serious concern. Highly do not recommend.

GGuest UserWe were driving from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao when we spotted this really unique hotel! ☺️ We immediately pulled over to check it out. The price was right, so we booked it online on the spot. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and super nice. She showed us a couple of rooms 😆 and the views from both were stunning. My sister ended up choosing the room with the curved balcony. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard, with excellent support. My Apple Watch even showed my sleep quality score as 90! That night, it snowed – experiencing all four seasons in one day on the plateau is no exaggeration! The room had underfloor heating, so it was warm and not dry at all. For breakfast, my favorites were the steamed dumplings and the tremella soup. Just look at the pictures for the comparison! 😘 Snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, prayer flags, and meadows were all within sight. We even encountered some falling snow along the way – that's the ultimate romance unique to western Sichuan. Encountering the most breathtaking scenery in the shortest amount of time. The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

The store provides pick-up and drop-off services, which is very considerate! Children like the small playground in the hotel very much. There is a book bar on it where you can read books. The breakfast area is very beautiful, opposite the mountain. It feels great to have breakfast among the hydrangeas and mountain clouds!

AAnonymous UserThe guesthouse was easy to find and conveniently located close to the city center. The place itself was lovely, spotless, and hygienic. The underfloor heating was incredibly warm – I didn't feel cold at all! The guesthouse hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. I'm usually a bit introverted, but her proactive greeting made me feel completely at ease. For breakfast, she served homemade porridge, eggs, steamed buns, and twisted rolls. The steamed sweet potatoes were exceptionally soft, tender, and sweet – so delicious I almost asked her where she bought them! Next time I'm in Kangding, I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserAs soon as I stepped into this hotel in Kangding, I felt warm. The room is warmly decorated and has sufficient heating, which drives away the chill of the plateau. The night view outside the window is charming, and you can see the brilliant lights of Kangding City. The hotel also provides considerate measures to deal with altitude sickness, and the service is excellent. There are many dining options nearby and travel is convenient. Highly recommended to friends who come to Kangding!!!
