Kangding Hotels with Balcony

Facilities: Very comprehensive, has everything you need. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great. The lobby is huge and has a fireplace that creates a wonderful ambiance. Friends from all over gathered here, and the owner even allowed volunteers to shower and do laundry for free. Such a great person!!!!!!! A big thank you to the owner!

The room is also very warm. Lying on the bed facing the Yala Snow Mountain, quiet and detached, the scenery is so good 🥹 The service has a temperature. Whether it is the guest who lives in the store or comes to drink the afternoon car, there is a high reaction. The store is very concerned about taking care of 👍 Very warm heart ～ Dinner yak soup pot meat is delicate, the bottom of the pot tastes very natural, and the price is not cheap. But this environment is still willing to pay the bill.

The room design and setup were decent, but the service was questionable. The female receptionist was quite friendly, but a male man who seemed to be the manager was very rude. For a room costing over 700 yuan, we asked for two extra bottles of mineral water, but the manager said it would cost extra. We opted to forgo the water but requested an extra bath towel. The manager deliberately brought us a towel with a burn hole. When we asked for a replacement, he brought us another towel with a burn hole. Only after we asked again did he finally provide a clean towel. Of course, we didn't dare use it anymore. This was almost the first time in recent years we'd encountered such service, and our hopes of staying here again this summer have completely vanished!

Our room in Kangding had a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming putting a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Besides they made great coffee! You can enjoy the coffee sitting on the terrace which has a beautiful view over the mountains. Especially the receptionist Bing invested so much effort to help us organize our trip and giving us an unforgettable evening. The location is also not far from the city center. You can reach it by walking. We would definitely visit again! ☺️

The hotel is right on the 318 road, with good facilities and lots of food around. There is a coffee shop opposite. The hotel breakfast is very exquisite. The hotel is very convenient to various attractions. In addition, there is a large grassland behind the hotel where dolls can move around. There are yaks eating grass there at any time, and it is also very good for taking pictures. The most important thing is that the hotel service is very good and very hygienic. They use bath towels and face towels, and there are also toilet covers.

The staff knew nothing about basic amenities like in-room oxygen supply and would just push responsibility around when issues arose. The room's cleanliness was appalling; the toilet paper was stored in a contaminated spot, making it unusable. There was a strong, pungent odor indoors, giving a strong sense of formaldehyde exceeding safe levels. Staying in the room for long periods caused dizziness and chest tightness, making it completely unsuitable for occupancy. Paid a high price for an experience worse than a budget hotel. Management is disorganized, and hygiene is a serious concern. Highly do not recommend. We were driving from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao when we spotted this really unique hotel! ☺️ We immediately pulled over to check it out. The price was right, so we booked it online on the spot. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and super nice. She showed us a couple of rooms 😆 and the views from both were stunning. My sister ended up choosing the room with the curved balcony. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard, with excellent support. My Apple Watch even showed my sleep quality score as 90! That night, it snowed – experiencing all four seasons in one day on the plateau is no exaggeration! The room had underfloor heating, so it was warm and not dry at all. For breakfast, my favorites were the steamed dumplings and the tremella soup. Just look at the pictures for the comparison! 😘 Snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, prayer flags, and meadows were all within sight. We even encountered some falling snow along the way – that's the ultimate romance unique to western Sichuan. Encountering the most breathtaking scenery in the shortest amount of time. The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is right on National Highway 318, which is very convenient for travel. The night view of Liuliu City is very beautiful, but parking is not easy. The store provides pick-up and drop-off services, which is very considerate! Children like the small playground in the hotel very much. There is a book bar on it where you can read books. The breakfast area is very beautiful, opposite the mountain. It feels great to have breakfast among the hydrangeas and mountain clouds!

The guesthouse was easy to find and conveniently located close to the city center. The place itself was lovely, spotless, and hygienic. The underfloor heating was incredibly warm – I didn't feel cold at all! The guesthouse hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. I'm usually a bit introverted, but her proactive greeting made me feel completely at ease. For breakfast, she served homemade porridge, eggs, steamed buns, and twisted rolls. The steamed sweet potatoes were exceptionally soft, tender, and sweet – so delicious I almost asked her where she bought them! Next time I'm in Kangding, I'll definitely stay here again!

As soon as I stepped into this hotel in Kangding, I felt warm. The room is warmly decorated and has sufficient heating, which drives away the chill of the plateau. The night view outside the window is charming, and you can see the brilliant lights of Kangding City. The hotel also provides considerate measures to deal with altitude sickness, and the service is excellent. There are many dining options nearby and travel is convenient. Highly recommended to friends who come to Kangding!!!
