GGuest UserCome to Guizhou to play, the service is a very good hotel. I am too tired to play Huangguoshu, and the child is still not satisfied. I really can't stand it. The hotel just has a parent-child paradise, very, very satisfied. Sitting and reading a book, the child jumped in for two hours before finally draining his energy. The room is relatively large, the decoration details are a bit flawed, but the service details to be praised, a full set of disposable items, even a one-time four-piece set is equipped with ...., which completely saved me as a spiritual cleanliness person. Very satisfied! Worth five points of praise!

Rran617This B&B is truly amazing! The overall style is incredibly stylish and artistic, and the gentle and elegant atmosphere captivates you the moment you enter. The amenities are impeccable—the high-end bathrooms are incredibly comfortable, and the smart toilet, combined with the smart technology throughout the home, makes for a convenient and sophisticated stay. They even provide everything, like disposable towels and a Dyson hair dryer, so you don't have to worry about anything. It's truly rare to find such amenities near a scenic area, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the renovations. The location is also fantastic, just about 1 kilometer from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient. I have to give a special shout-out to the beautiful owner, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even drove us there and back. The food she recommended was absolutely delicious! Not only that, she also enthusiastically recommended hotels in Anshun—how thoughtful! Overall, this was an absolutely perfect stay, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was very generous, and a fun highlight was having a robot deliver items to our room. Even though the hotel is only 800 meters from Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, they offered free shuttle service to and from the park, which was a huge convenience. After our visit, they even gave us a complimentary ride to the bus station with our luggage, saving us a lot of hassle. All in all, the service was wonderfully attentive, and the accommodations and food were very comfortable. A big thank you to all the staff at Orange Hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel to any family or friends visiting the area.

When we needed Didi to Anshun hSR, the owner quickly helped us to arrange and even ensure a reasonable rate for us. Love it that our room has individual aircon control to set to the temperature we like. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

Wwxl5056The rooms were decent. I booked two rooms, but didn't check in until after 11 PM with my kids. We went out for a quick meal and by the time we returned, it was past midnight. The hotel lobby was completely dark, and I couldn't find anyone on duty. After finally making it upstairs, the key card for one of the rooms wasn't working, and the number on the card was out of service. I had to contact the hotel through Ctrip to get the card reactivated before I could open the door. The guy who came to help was nice and polite. However, once we got into the room, there were no slippers or bath mats. It was too late, so I didn't want to bother anyone again, and just grabbed a pair from my kids' room. Later, I also discovered the doorbell was broken, and the sink drain was a bit clogged, so I couldn't let the water run continuously 😓. There was also hardly any hand soap left!

GGuest UserBasic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.

Mmophy01Very satisfied. The room was comfortably decorated and furnished, the air conditioning was powerful, and the blankets were just the right thickness, so I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill us up and saved time. Most importantly, the hotel service was excellent; they provided pick-up and drop-off service to and from the scenic area. On the way there, they dropped us off at a very close entrance, saving us the walk from the visitor center, and on the way back, they picked us up right outside the exit of the scenic area. It was a real relief for our exhausted family.

Vvesta_yeThis was the most satisfying hotel out of the five we booked for our 9-day trip to Guizhou, even exceeding our expectations. **Location:** It's right near the main entrance of the Huangguoshu Scenic Area Visitor Center, and directly across from the hotel is the bus stop for the scenic shuttle. It's also just a short walk from the Huangguoshu Passenger Transport Center, making getting around very convenient. There are plenty of dining options near the visitor center, including McDonald's and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. There's also a Meiyijia supermarket near the shuttle bus pick-up point, and a street full of small restaurants right next to the hotel. **Facilities:** The hotel's entrance is a bit unassuming, but the Breeze Deluxe Triple Room we booked was excellent. The room was spacious, with a separate sofa area that felt like a small living room upon entering, providing a natural partition from the three large 1.35m beds inside. The toilet and shower room were separate, with the sink located outside, ensuring good wet/dry separation. The central air conditioning was also very powerful. The only minor issues were that it lacked a 'sleep mode' and the vents weren't adjustable, so it could feel a bit cool at night if the air blew directly towards the bed. Also, one of the charging ports next to the second bed wasn't working. **Breakfast:** The hotel breakfast is served at the adjacent restaurant. The selection is relatively simple, but they do have freshly made hot rice noodles, which tasted good. **Amenities:** There's a self-service coffee machine available in the lobby. **Service:** While not proactively enthusiastic, the staff were responsive to requests and always answered questions. **Value:** For less than 300 RMB a night in mid-September, the location and facilities offered incredible value for money. After a long day of walking and exploring, the sheer joy of being able to step off the scenic shuttle and cross the road straight back to your room is truly wonderful.
