Choosing Hidden Mountain Moonview for our family trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall was definitely the right decision! The guesthouse is very close to the scenic area, saving us a lot of travel time. The family suite is spacious, and the children's tent was a huge hit with the little ones. The service was warm and attentive, and the amenities were complete – from welcome drinks to the Year of the Horse plushie, there were delightful little surprises everywhere. The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it very pleasant to relax after visiting the waterfall. It's truly perfect for a family getaway.

The room was very spacious, with a well-designed layout and fully smart controls – you can literally just speak to manage everything. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and the breakfast area. The guesthouse is less than 1 km from the Huangguoshu Second Service Area, which has a large selection of restaurants. If it's not too sunny, you can easily walk there, and the cool breeze makes for a pleasant stroll. If you don't feel like venturing far, the guesthouse is located right above the 'Bund,' where you'll find plenty of dining options.

Some areas still need more attention, especially the tatami mats; seeing dust and other people's hair in the ten-centimeter gap next to them was a real letdown! The room we booked faced the mountain directly, so those with megalophobia should be wary! The other side might face the road, which could be noisy. The toilet in the bathroom looked smart but didn't actually flush, which was disappointing 😞. However, I can't blame the hotel since many places don't have that feature. It's very convenient for the Second Ticketing Center; we went to buy tickets on-site the next day, and it was less than a ten-minute walk early in the morning. Walking to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, there were all sorts of food and drinks along the way, but you also have to accept the constant smoke and grilling. The nine-compartment breakfast looked more style than substance, but that's probably just my picky eating. However, the rice noodles for breakfast were really delicious, I had two bowls!

The staff is warm and courteous, the check-in is efficient, the demand is responsive, and the service is intimate and thoughtful. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, noodles, drinks, and fruits are all available, the dishes taste good, and the restaurant environment is clean and atmospheric. The overall hygiene is in place, and the public areas and rooms are cleaned up. Whether it is travel accommodation or leisure, it is very suitable, the price is very high, I will choose to stay next time, I really recommend everyone!

To be honest, the accommodation environment, hygiene, and room furnishings were all quite good, and having a driver to take us to the scenic spots was a plus. The bunk beds were a bit hard; we had to add an extra comforter to make them comfortable, but the kids liked them. The breakfast standard was a bit low, just okay. I lost a room key and they asked me to pay 30 for it. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation after staying in so many hotels. We eventually negotiated a lower fee, but it was still a bit annoying.

The hotel is quite nice, the rooms are spacious, and it's very close to the scenic area. The owner even offers a shuttle service to the scenic area. The area downstairs is convenient for shopping and dining; it's lively, and there's even music playing while you eat by the stream, creating a great atmosphere.

The value for money was outstanding, and I've already recommended it to my friends. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, provided excellent service—attentive and patient. Thumbs up!

It's perfect for families who want to take their time exploring Huangguoshu, as you don't have to worry about early mornings or late returns! The hotel's own stir-fried dishes are also delicious, and the staff are all well-trained. The front desk is quick to address any guest needs. The rooms are also very spacious, and the laundry room on the top floor has a drying area. This is a lifesaver, as clothes can easily get wet at the waterfall scenic area, and you can sweat a lot. The excellent facilities truly put my mind at ease! Highly recommended!
