GGuest UserCome to Guizhou to play, the service is a very good hotel. I am too tired to play Huangguoshu, and the child is still not satisfied. I really can't stand it. The hotel just has a parent-child paradise, very, very satisfied. Sitting and reading a book, the child jumped in for two hours before finally draining his energy. The room is relatively large, the decoration details are a bit flawed, but the service details to be praised, a full set of disposable items, even a one-time four-piece set is equipped with ...., which completely saved me as a spiritual cleanliness person. Very satisfied! Worth five points of praise!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good.
The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

Rran617This B&B is truly amazing! The overall style is incredibly stylish and artistic, and the gentle and elegant atmosphere captivates you the moment you enter.
The amenities are impeccable—the high-end bathrooms are incredibly comfortable, and the smart toilet, combined with the smart technology throughout the home, makes for a convenient and sophisticated stay. They even provide everything, like disposable towels and a Dyson hair dryer, so you don't have to worry about anything. It's truly rare to find such amenities near a scenic area, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the renovations.
The location is also fantastic, just about 1 kilometer from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient. I have to give a special shout-out to the beautiful owner, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even drove us there and back. The food she recommended was absolutely delicious! Not only that, she also enthusiastically recommended hotels in Anshun—how thoughtful! Overall, this was an absolutely perfect stay, highly recommended!

JJoycelyn SuNice hotel, loves the hot spring in room, very nice soak in winter. The view was ok, overlooked residential so nothing to rave about.
Fantastic service from the staff, with free laundry service 🥰, and hotel provide shuttle to/from Huangguoshu National Park entrance, which was certainly a welcoming gesture as it's quite a distance to walk.
Overall a comfortable & enjoyable stay, will certainly choose this accom again when we next visit Huangguoshu.

GGuest UserThe whole homestay is very clean. Even the sofa pillows in the hall smell fresh of detergent. Not to mention the room, there is no odor in the house, and the sink is clean and has no water stains. The facilities in the room are also complete. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor, which is very convenient. We drove to the homestay and parked on the roadside at the door. The homestay also has an underground parking lot. The breakfast variety is rich, the minced meat rice noodles are very delicious😋, the restaurant is also clean, and the aunt is very enthusiastic. The decoration style of the whole homestay is also very stylish. It can be seen that the boss is very attentive. I sincerely recommend it👍

We came on weekdays, there were not many people staying, the location was very good, the store upgraded the room type for free, and the staff's service attitude was very good. GGuest UserBasic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.

LL ESCThis hotel is quite new and clean. It's about 600m (10-15min walk) to 黄果树 Ticketing Center (where tourists collect their entrance tickets, whichever ways they booked entrance tickets - Trip.com or 安旅通/Wechat) and bus embarkation and disembarkation area. Room was well furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sumptuous, cooked by a very friendly cook, ready to serve from 7am. It has an laundry room to wash your clothes if you are soaking wet from visiting 水帘洞 (do pre-book onsite at ticket collecting center or online through 安旅通, after you have booked a ticket thru Trip.com or 安旅通 where you registered your passport number).

EEatPrayTravelWe stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park.
However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem.
One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
