We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good.
The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel, so beautifully designed. I was blown away by the room - very big, with a very comfortable soft bed, big bath tub, a path with stepping stones to the sink area then smart shower that played wonderful French music in the morning. The view was of greenery. The hotel owners were very helpful and friendly and took me to and from the waterfalls and my shuttle bus and ensured my transport yo and from the hotel ran smoothly. The breakfast was very good. It is a few minutes drive from the falls. There are restaurants in the area for food. There is a main road near by so the hotel provides earplugs but anyway the traffic stops at night so you don't hear it. A wonderful place to stay when visiting the falls.

JJoycelyn SuNice hotel, loves the hot spring in room, very nice soak in winter. The view was ok, overlooked residential so nothing to rave about.
Fantastic service from the staff, with free laundry service 🥰, and hotel provide shuttle to/from Huangguoshu National Park entrance, which was certainly a welcoming gesture as it's quite a distance to walk.
Overall a comfortable & enjoyable stay, will certainly choose this accom again when we next visit Huangguoshu.

LLaotaoziThe hotel is relatively new, and the linens are of good quality and fresh. They were clean and odorless. The parking lot is huge, and the hotel offers a timely shuttle service to scenic spots for guests. The service was warm, polite, and courteous. The only downside is that the duvet was a bit thick; Southern tourists are used to thinner blankets. Breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant downstairs had good food.

GGuest UserThis hotel gave me a perfect Anshun travel experience! I was very impressed, so here's a detailed review:
1. The hotel's location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk from the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area (Beer Plaza entrance). Even during the May Day holiday, we got in smoothly around 8 AM without any queues. When heading back to Guiyang, you can take a taxi to the bus station, then a bus to Anshun West Station for the high-speed rail, or take a direct 2-hour bus from the bus station straight to Guiyang North Station.
2. The hotel facilities are incredibly thoughtful. There's a self-service check-in machine, and the rooms are very spacious. The overall decor has a understated, wooden style, and it's clean and quiet. The washroom is designed with a wet/dry separation, featuring two sinks and a bathtub. The slippers, toiletries, and bedding are all high quality, ensuring a very comfortable sleep.
3. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which is perfect to start eating around 7:30 AM. There's a wide variety, mainly Chinese dishes, including noodle soups, stir-fries, coarse grains, and the spicy chicken was particularly delicious.
4. The hotel service is attentive and excellent. The doorman enthusiastically helped with our luggage, and the front desk staff, even when busy, patiently answered all our questions. We could also store our luggage in the morning.
5. Right next to the hotel are various restaurants where you can enjoy sour soup hotpot, dry pot, and griddle-cooked dishes for about 70-80 RMB per person. We ate really well during our stay! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
Before coming, I was worried that the May Day holiday crowds would make our trip difficult, but this hotel really alleviated all those concerns. It was excellent, excellent!

GGuest UserGuolv Hotel Transfer: The owner has a dedicated 7-seater car for transfers, with a license plate that has many '9's. Just call anytime, and they'll pick you up or drop you off – super convenient. The hotel also has a parking lot, and to my surprise, even an underground one, which was great for us driving there. We parked the car at the hotel, visited the sights, and then drove off when we were ready – no issues at all.
The room is fully smart-controlled. Curtains, TV, and lights can all be controlled by voice. The only downside is that there's no smart toilet. The hotel has an elevator, which made handling luggage easy. The local weather is said to be 21 degrees Celsius all year round, but it was a bit chilly at night during our visit. I asked the front desk for a heater, and it worked quite well. The service from the staff was really good!

GGuest UserService: The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were really nice. There was a complimentary shuttle service to and from the bus station, and the driver was also very meticulous and thoughtful.
Ambiance: The room was great. The hotel is located in the Great Waterfall scenic area and has a viewing platform where you can admire the magnificent waterfall from afar. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach a viewpoint offering a 'God's eye' perspective. If you plan your visit well, you can see everything in about 5 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't make it due to time constraints, but that slight regret only makes it more memorable! It was a truly worthwhile trip, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserStayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Huangguoshu for a business trip combined with some leisure, and it was a 5-star experience! The hotel is wonderfully quiet, not noisy at all, and the rooms are spotless and tidy – perfect for both working and relaxing. The service was efficient, professional, and incredibly friendly, with great attention to detail. Breakfast offered a wide variety to suit all tastes, and its proximity to the scenic area meant I could easily balance sightseeing with work. Highly recommend!

SSoh Kien PengThis is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in China. It is newly opened just last year and the amenities and facilities are so modern and clean. It is relatively cheap at less than S$35/- per night and I booked it via Trip.com. Breakfast is provided. Although it is not the continental buffet, the noodles, eggs, buns, soya bean, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc are equally nutritious and stomach filling. There is a washing machine and dryer near the lobby and the counter staff, Yang De Rong was so helpful and considerate that she hang up the laundry for us after the drying in order not to disturb our sleep. One of the staff even drove us to the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall even though it is only a short 10 mins walk to the attraction. During our departure, the boss of the hotel personally drove us to the coach station so that we could take the public bus to the high speed train station. The service is marvellous and I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Huangguoshu Waterfall. I will stay here again if I come again.

ННадежда МунThis is a wonderful hotel. Good location. Next to the ticket office. From the window you can see the place of boarding on the bus, which follows to the waterfall. At the reception, the wonderful staff, not even understanding English, they were able to solve all the difficulties. The girls called a colleague who helped with the translation. In the future, she always tried to help and answer questions. Provide information about the picturesque place, gave information where the bus stop is located. Delicious breakfast, cleanliness, it was a bit cool but I still recommend this hotel.
