The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. As we were leaving, the security guard at the gate even gave us two bottles of water, which was a really thoughtful and personal touch."

I especially want to commend the room key system – you can download an app on your phone and use Bluetooth to unlock the door, and your room number is also visible on the app. Another great feature is the TV; you can cast from any phone without any extra charges. The hotel also boasts a KTV, chess and card rooms, electric vehicle slow-charging stations, a coffee shop, a cocktail bar, a kids' playground, and a restaurant (with private rooms), making it very well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, meeting five-star hotel standards. The linens and other soft furnishings were excellent. However, if you plan to use the outdoor bathtub, I'd recommend asking for it to be disinfected, as it is outdoors.
Environment: It's very close to the entrance of the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area. The view from the hotel, though, is a bit underwhelming, but it's not a major issue. There's a large lawn with a small children's playground, perfect for families. Rooms facing the road can be noisy due to passing trucks, so light sleepers might want to avoid those. Since it was off-season, the hotel offered us a room upgrade, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Service: When we first arrived, we hadn't booked a room and wanted to see the rooms first. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kindly showed us around. They didn't show any displeasure when we mentioned we wanted to compare with other hotels. When we decided to check in, the front desk attendant came out from behind the counter to assist us. Our luggage was carried all the way to our room. During check-out in the morning, the cleaning staff we encountered were all smiling and responsive. The management is excellent, and the training is clearly very thorough."

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park.
However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem.
One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty."

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation to the Huangguoshu gate for us. The breakfast was delicious, with a combination of buffet and freshly prepared Chinese food options. For a western breakfast, you can also put together some coffee, toast, eggs, sausages, and fruit from the selection. This hotel was five minutes by car from the main park gate and a street with many food options."

"This stay was extremely satisfying! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Huangguoshu Ticket Center, and surrounded by Guizhou's local snacks and specialties. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was plentiful and varied, catering to different tastes. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and even proactively providing sightseeing tips for the surrounding area – a very thoughtful touch. Most notably, the hotel offers exceptional value for money; the price is reasonable, yet it provides services and facilities that exceed expectations, such as a complimentary self-service laundry room, gym, meeting rooms, swimming pool, tea room, and lounge area – very practical for business travelers or tourists. "From check-in to check-out, everything was impeccable! The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and the room service was prompt. The pool water quality was excellent, the children's castle was a must-see for kids, and most importantly, there were plenty of parking spaces with charging stations – a five-star recommendation! The bar was fantastic, with great live music; I even tried singing along myself. The breakfast was so plentiful it was hard to choose, and the room service was attentive and thoughtful. The pool was clean, and parking was convenient; I'll definitely come back!"

"The hotel was very clean, and the mattress was comfortable. They provided disposable bath towels, a smart toilet, and smart curtains. Plus, there's a Haier washing machine and a large TV with a comfy sofa chair. The service was excellent. Being able to go straight back to the room after dinner at the hotel restaurant was a huge convenience. This is by far the most satisfying hotel choice."

"Very nice hotel. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, parking is very convenient, a three-person family gets a warm welcome from the front desk, introduces us to the hotel, introduces us to breakfast. The smell of the new sheets and quilts in the room is very comfortable. It is equipped with a small sofa. Children especially like it. The hot water comes very quickly. The smart toilet that can wash the butt can be washed. So many smart toilets in hotels are rarely encountered. Give a compliment. The room was very clean and the family felt very good after living. In particular, the hotel's breakfast environment is really very comfortable, the extra-large glass open-air restaurant, tropical style decoration. Very comfortable."

I especially want to praise the service; the staff were very enthusiastic. At breakfast, they'd ask for feedback and diligently write it down. Breakfast was excellent, with all fresh ingredients. The front desk even had tangerines that looked great, and they told me they were 'Wogan' tangerines, which were delicious. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to tourist spots, and even though it's close, the van is spacious and comfortable. It's a great hotel, highly recommended!"
