Staying at this Kaiyuan Hotel made the trip an excellent experience. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; check-in was efficient and smooth, and their service was attentive and meticulous. I've always trusted Kaiyuan's brand quality – the room was clean and tidy, well-laid out, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive and complete, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of items, including local specialties. Parking at the hotel was convenient, and its location is superb, very close to the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, making travel and sightseeing incredibly easy. It's an excellent accommodation choice around Huangguoshu with a great overall experience."

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. As we were leaving, the security guard at the gate even gave us two bottles of water, which was a really thoughtful and personal touch."

"Come to Guizhou to play, the service is a very good hotel. I am too tired to play Huangguoshu, and the child is still not satisfied. I really can't stand it. The hotel just has a parent-child paradise, very, very satisfied. Sitting and reading a book, the child jumped in for two hours before finally draining his energy. The room is relatively large, the decoration details are a bit flawed, but the service details to be praised, a full set of disposable items, even a one-time four-piece set is equipped with ...., which completely saved me as a spiritual cleanliness person. Very satisfied! Worth five points of praise!"

"From check-in to check-out, everything was impeccable! The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and the room service was prompt. The pool water quality was excellent, the children's castle was a must-see for kids, and most importantly, there were plenty of parking spaces with charging stations – a five-star recommendation! The bar was fantastic, with great live music; I even tried singing along myself. The breakfast was so plentiful it was hard to choose, and the room service was attentive and thoughtful. The pool was clean, and parking was convenient; I'll definitely come back!"

Before we even arrived, they asked us for our estimated arrival time and adjusted the room's air conditioning to a comfortable temperature. That was a really heartwarming touch given the weather. When we got to the room, it felt clean and tidy. The entire room featured an intelligent automatic system, making our stay very comfortable. If you're visiting Huangguoshu, choosing to stay here is definitely the right decision."

"Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good.
The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!"

"Very nice hotel. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, parking is very convenient, a three-person family gets a warm welcome from the front desk, introduces us to the hotel, introduces us to breakfast. The smell of the new sheets and quilts in the room is very comfortable. It is equipped with a small sofa. Children especially like it. The hot water comes very quickly. The smart toilet that can wash the butt can be washed. So many smart toilets in hotels are rarely encountered. Give a compliment. The room was very clean and the family felt very good after living. In particular, the hotel's breakfast environment is really very comfortable, the extra-large glass open-air restaurant, tropical style decoration. Very comfortable."

Since it was the off-season and there were available rooms, they kindly offered a free room upgrade and even added an extra breakfast to our original booking. The underground parking had plenty of spaces. The hotel is conveniently located just over two kilometers by car from the scenic area's visitor center parking lot. If you don't have a car, the hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the scenic area. During my stay, they could drop guests off anytime after 7:30 AM; for other seasons, you can inquire at the front desk about specific times. The room was spacious, and when we needed extra amenities, the housekeeping staff delivered them promptly and with great enthusiasm and patience. The hotel has a restaurant, and for a hotel near a scenic spot, the prices were reasonable, and the food was good too."

"This is a wonderful hotel. Good location. Next to the ticket office. From the window you can see the place of boarding on the bus, which follows to the waterfall. At the reception, the wonderful staff, not even understanding English, they were able to solve all the difficulties. The girls called a colleague who helped with the translation. In the future, she always tried to help and answer questions. Provide information about the picturesque place, gave information where the bus stop is located. Delicious breakfast, cleanliness, it was a bit cool but I still recommend this hotel."
