Lower Normandy Hotels with Gym

I highly recommend Novotel Deauville Plage in Deauville! The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, a few minutes walk to the beach, and the view is very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a modern design, and the balcony has a sea view, which is very relaxing. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable, which is perfect for a holiday. The staff is warm and efficient, and the check-in and check-out were very smooth, and they were also very enthusiastic to answer our questions. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and is also very good quality, especially the local cheeses and pastries are amazing. The view from the restaurant and terrace on the top floor is first-class, and it is especially enjoyable to have a drink there in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Deauville!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, behind the casino, the beach in front, there is a seafood market next to it, the decoration of the house is very beautiful, the breakfast service is also very good, the stay is very satisfactory

The hotel was located next to the harbour, the room was very clean and had fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a variety of cheese, meats, bread, fruit, and cereals. A short walk from the hotel is a large selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. This hotel offers excellent value for money along with an excellent location to explore Cherbourg.

The room was renovated, but it still doesn't have the same layout as the previous Radisson Blue room in Rouen. The space here is cramped. It's in the same building, next to the Ibis, which makes it even worse. The location is good, close to attractions and the train station, and restaurants are all nearby. There are four Paul's restaurants nearby… If you're driving, I'd recommend staying in the town of Bayeux.

A 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Nice natural light.  There are many local attractions close by. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. There are shops in the area that seem to be frequented by local people; they are not necessarily tourist oriented places with junky souvenirs.  10/10 would recommend.

A really beautiful hotel that impresses when you come with a sense of magnificence. The reception rooms are perfectly arranged. Just a wonderful hotel in a beautiful place, the view from the room is amazing. The room itself is spacious, clean, comfortable. No air conditioning, summer may be hot, spring was good. Fen didn't like, better have your own. Restaurant excellent, food is good. There is a parking lot for the car and a golf course. We'll be happy to come back here again.

Not much to say … only good stuff! Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking) The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️ Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

Hotel is not bad, French chain, quasi three stars, room is small, breakfast is ok. About 10 minutes from Kaoang Railway Station, we walk about 40 minutes. Because the city does not seem to be big, so walk to the World War II Memorial for about 40 minutes, when the city should be built in the subway, it looks a bit messy. There is a Chinese restaurant selling beef noodles nearby, which is quite authentic and the price is great.

I didn’t experience his spa, but I feel that the house with hotel characteristics is really old. The lights in the corridor occasionally flash a little scary. But although the room is old, it is clean and tidy.
