Hydra Bay Resort is a private, gated estate on the Peloponnese coast at Thermisia, looking across the Saronic Gulf to the island of Hydra. Three villas share its gardens, olive groves and private beach, and each has its own infinity pool with sea views. Book one villa, or the whole estate for up to 53 guests in 24 bedrooms. Villa Elandra (up to 25 guests) is the principal residence, on the estate's highest point with panoramic views to Hydra: a main building on three levels, two Garden Houses and the independent Pond House. Villa Stilvi (up to 16 guests) is a three-level seafront residence with the independent Tennis House. Villa Thermisia (up to 12 guests) is the closest to the shore, with a path straight down to the private beach and its own Beach House. Around the villas: a secluded beach with sun loungers, shade and kayaks; a private dock, two courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball; the estate's own chapel; and free parking for 15 cars. The estate also has a farm, with its own olive oil, wine and tsipouro tasted in the cellar, honey, eggs and seasonal vegetables, three horses and a deer park. The concierge team can arrange transfers by car, boat or helicopter, private chefs, groceries before arrival, babysitting, in-villa massages, cellar tastings, horse riding and days out on the estate yacht. Most of these are booked ahead. Athens airport is about 2 hours 30 minutes by car. You can also take the hydrofoil from Piraeus to Ermioni, 15 minutes away by car.
