䝣䝣ä¸čĄThe hotel is less than 5 kilometers from the outlets and about 35 minutes drive from the Liberty Bell. The environment is beautiful. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, iron, breakfast included, free parking, ample parking space, especially suitable for self-driving accommodation. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The printer was broken, the waiter asked us to email her to help us print, compared with the previous hotel printing charge network fees, a big contrast, I feel this hotel is cost-effective. The bed is large and comfortable, and the hotel has a garden and a swimming pool. And we arrived early at the hotel and gave us early check-in.

AAnonymous UserBeautiful and clean from lobby to elevator, to hallway to room and bathroom. Beautiful colors. Comfortable beds, lots of storage.
The only thing missing was the fridge and some of the ceiling lights didn't work.
It was a great stay.

GGuest UserBed is comfortable and spacious room. Me and my daughter in King suite. Complimentary breakfast tastes good and I like the indoor swimming pool. Easy parking and close to Sesame Place and malls with food and shops. Washing machines only accept coins no card service, the only inconvenience.

GGuest UserI gave this hotel 4 stars because they responded to my complaint in a timely manner. However, I got little sleep due to the guests in the room next to me, blasted music and screaming all night long. The woman at the desk did come up and ask for them to quiet down but it only made a small difference.

GGuest UserHereâs the positives: staff are friendly and accommodating, room was clean and the price per night is not bad at all as they gave us a suite plus breakfast included though I understand that because of the pandemic, foods are prepacked but guests should have a way to toast their breads or bagels for better taste than heated thru a microwave which makes them soggy. They have mini snack bar with a good selection to fill your cravings.
Negatives: first and most of all, hotel should have informed or specifies in the website that their pool is closed. Weâve been to other hotels in PA with pools open even during pandemic. They have a daily maintenance and clean up crew to make sure the pool area is clean. We are a traveling family with kids who loves swimming in the pool whenever they can. Imagine the disappointment of their faces when the front desk told us that their pool is closed when clearly there was nothing posted in their website. If only I could cancel and move to a different hotel, i would. Second, the duvet cover is super polyester that every time we touch it, it sparks! We were worried it might catch fire while weâre sleeping tossing and turning so pit them on the floor. Every time we touch each other we get shocked. Kids made fun out of it but I have trauma with it. Our sleep was uncomfortable because our blanket is thin and it was cold in the room.

GGuest UserWe were given the wrong room and within minutes of checking in i let them know of the mistake but was told they were all booked and there was nothing to do about it that it wasnt their fault its what i booked even though i had the email stating the room we booked was different. It wasn't really the safest for my little one who fell because of it.
