Cobb County Hotels with Gym

Facilities: Everything is available, and there is hot water downstairs, which is absolutely necessary for Chinese people. It is very convenient, and the gym is also OK. The parking building is far from the main building, and you have to walk 200 meters. Breakfast is not very friendly. You need to order food, not buffet style, and there are not so many types to choose from, and the food is served slowly. Hygiene: 5/5. No problem. Environment: The side where I live is close to the main street, and it is still a bit noisy. If I can move to the other side, it will be much better. Service: There is free laundry service every day, which can wash sports clothes, which is very good. Overall, except for the breakfast parking building and a little noise during the day, there is no problem.

The hotel was okay but the customer service significant lacked. Couldn't get towels brought up to me for over 2 hours. Kept having to call the desk and everytime he would answer and took my room number..nothing. Had to come downstairs and he's on his phone and drinking water. Mind you I had a project I was working on so I couldn't go downstairs. Also, My TV didn't work. Had a brown stain on my comforter. I see now why they have low ratings. They could really be a good hotel.. Just retrain the workers.

We stayed overnight in our way to Florida. The hotel was a little hard to find, but we eventually did (didn't help that there was a monsoon going on at the time!). The room was very spacious, clean, and pleasant. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and everything went very smoothly. Only complaint i have is the noise from the Interstate; i could hear the traffic all night, but, to be fair, the hotel did supply disposable ear plugs. I would stay again.

Entire hotel just underwent an entire renovation. Updated, clean, spacious, reasonably priced, free breakfast and just a short 5 min drive or 20 min walk to The Battery/Truist Park. Only complaint would be the bathtub. Apparently they did not replace the tub with the renovation and it had big pieces knocked off in various places which made it look old and dirty. Would def stay here again if wanting a reasonably priced room for a Braves game

Rooms were clean, just a little average/outdated compared to the new lobby. Beds are firm but comfortable. Microwave and fridge inside room. It’s about a 20 minute drive into the city depending on traffic but for the price of the room it was worth it for us as we rented a car anyway. Parking lot was also free to use. Did not use the pools and decided to pass on the restaurant so cannot speak on those. The staff however was amazing, especially Tonya! So sweet and friendly. Montana was also very welcoming.

This hotel has a wonderful staff, there is nothing bad to say about the staff, the room was clean, and breakfast was good, location was good as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does need a major remodel. The gym's AC was not working, Ice machine was not working (we were offered to ask front desk for ice to accommodate the inconvenience though). There is an inside pool but the pool is not heated, so water was very cold (kids couldn't stay in the water because of shivering). I just don't think that it's worth the $150 or a 5 star review :-(

The customer service was excellent—I especially appreciated the youngest gentleman on the team. He is doing an outstanding job and truly understands how to interact with customers. His approachable and attentive manner draws people in and makes them feel welcome. He listens carefully, humbly asks about your needs, and genuinely takes care to ensure a positive experience. Because of his exceptional service, I would highly recommend this place to others. I would rate his service as A++.

Went to the Atlanta Blade Show. The price is quite reasonable considering the time of the year and the distance from the galleria center. The staff were kind and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at noon. There happened to be a room available and they let me check in early so I didn't have to hang around. Grateful to them.

I have stayed at several ESA locations. BY FAR.....Interstate N Pkwy location is the best on the Cobb County area. Super pet friendly!! Could do better on the breakfast items. But hands down, the staff is amazing. Property Mgr, Shawn does what he can to please and satisfy all of the customers, with the help of Alexis, Desmond, Mark, and Rene and the entire housekeeping staff.

Breakfast is coffee, some bread, biscuits and some fruit, no extra bed, a sofa bed can accommodate three people, the hotel location is good, there are drugstores, snack bars, free parking. Basically, it is a domestic fast hotel level.
