Fairfield County Hotels with Gym

Traditional American family travel is more suitable for hotels. Hotel location is better, come out to eat nearby restaurants, there are several walks can go. The room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was traditional and simple American. Although there was nothing very healthy, the bread and coffee were full and the price was very good! It's okay to consider coming here later.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, all for the convenience of students taking exams. The hotel is not bad, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, and the room facilities are also good.

Spacious and clean room. Excellent location, vco-located with Hungry Pot restaurant. Had an issue with the shower, maintenance staff came right up to fix. On site parking more than adequate.We would stay here again.

Standard clean and comphy rooms, Amazing view over trains and highway 🛣. At night it’s so magnificent to watch traffic lights . A Nice coffee shop is across the street.

A positive surprise: the room had a couch corner, coffee machine and microwave as well as the actual bedroom. This is rare in this price range. Although everything was clean, the hotel also has room for improvement (peeling wallpaper and stained sofa). The reception staff were very quick and friendly!

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. There are churches and other places to go around. It is within walking distance of the railway station and supermarket. There are also restaurants nearby, and it is not far from New Haven and New York.

The room was clean. It was a bit on the small size. The bed was comfortable. That being said, the key did not work, I had to go back down to the desk and get new ones issued. There was not one cup in the room, not with the coffee maker, not in the bathroom. I called to get some cups brought to the room. The woman that delivered the cups barely looked at me as she handed them to me. She had an expression on her face like it was a real bother for her to bring them. All in all it was an OK stay. I was only there only one night. It was adequate for what I needed. It was just a little less than I expected from a Hilton brand hotel.

A little tide. The bathroom leaked a little bit and leaked to the ground. It seems that the water leaked upstairs to my floor. Everything else is fine. Very cost-effective. The room is large and the air conditioner is easy to use. The service staff is very welcoming. There is a good western restaurant next to it. There is a shopping plaza nearby. 

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.
