Hampden County Hotels with Gym

Standard residence inn, gave a room on the 3rd floor far from the elevator, there is no ice block or water dispenser in the corridor, far from the swimming pool, laundry room, and the front desk. The sanitary conditions of the washing machine are average, and the breakfast bread machine is broken.

The room is fully equipped, the space is large, the waiter is very warm, very comfortable experience

The hotel is average; the attitude of the waiters is average, and the bill has not been sent for a long time. It was wrong to send it in the end; the experience is a bit poor.

Facility was of good appearance. Clean, organized, and well stocked. Housekeeping were on point. As well as cooking staff. They made sure to keep food stocked up and fresh. Staff was curious.

I have some trouble communicating with the front desk, I do n’t know if I did n’t read the order or I still do n’t understand. I also deducted my room charge for two days and said that it would be refunded to me within three days.

Good hotel with boring American breakfast. American need to level up their breakfast like aseans hotels.

It's Hilton, as always, good

This hotel clearly used to be a grand establishment, but those days are long gone. Still, it served its purpose. My room faced the street, and if cars drove by with their windows down and music blaring, it sounded like they were right inside my room.

It was a good location. Close to stores and downtown. Nice pool. The breakfast that was included was a yogurt, oatmeal, or cornflakes. We ordered from the menu and our breakfast was not included, so we ended up paying. The outlets on the night stands did not work. The heater was difficult to mess with. Maintenance had to come up and adjust. The maintenance guys was very nice and helpful. No microwave in the room. The only microwave was in the lobby store. That was a hassle. Didn't like that. Overall, it was an ok stay but need lots of adjustments. Staff was super friendly.
