CChristy HouchenGreat time fun outdoor furniture space my kids loved the basket Ball court the pool and hot tub was beautiful just weather wasn't good the fire pit was beautiful and warm and the other guests were friendly the sweet lady who checked us in was amazing and friendly the Wycliffe champagne is amazing breakfast could be a little more better but at least it's beautiful 😍❤️ but don't eat the McDonald's nextdoor it sux and absolutely didn't get the order right after 4 time's I gave up

CCHUNSHUThe hotel is next to the Bush Expressway. Since the hotel does not provide Chinese food and dinner, there are no supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is necessary to drive to eat or purchase food at the hotel. It is not convenient to have a car. The hotel staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was simple, the room was large, and the kitchen and bar were very good.

GGuest UserThe elevator is a nightmare, trying to get on and off with so many people. You have to use the keycard to get on the elevator and it does not always work. They don’t have microwaves in room so, I had to continuously go down stairs to warm my food and coffee.

JJayhooThis hotel is the second time to stay, the location is very good! Going to Plano's restaurant is very close! Health and attitude are good. The price is not bad, that is, the first time I went to not charge the parking fee, but the second time I went to collect the parking fee of 10 dollars!

JjenwhiteMy husband and I and my son had a great and quite stay. Room was very clean and then pool was perfect. Breakfast was awesome. They even had gulten free opinions. Thank you for a wonderful ,quite,safe stay.

GGuest UserThe room originally assigned to us smelled mold-ish. We asked for a different room. But the lady at the front desk told me they don't typically allow room switching. It is weird since we just checked in like 2 minutes.

For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

I got mad cause I saw the pictures here showing it had a nice gym on it, but when I went to make some trainning the front desk guy just told me, that they don't have it anymore. Got me frustraded! But the rest is ok!
