GGuest UserI originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant.
Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction.
The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing.
Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

LLINNice, the room is spacious, the hotel is fully equipped and the parking is convenient. The breakfast is not very rich, the waiter is also diligent to provide services, and strive for tips. Can recommend, go to Chinese restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of convenience.
