"It's a completely new hotel in front of an amazing beach, 5min from Gytheio city. Coco mat beds and accesoires. Once you sleep you feel the difference. Glacial air condition and amenities that you find mostly in houses than hotels... Pool is nice, breakfast excellent, restaurant very good (wine list to be enriched) and a relaxing environment. Personnel is friendly, pleasant, hospitable, and always trying for their best. We had a memorable stay, delicious tastes in their restaurant and for sure we will go back on the first occasion!! PS Ask for their coctails, particularly Mohito!!!"

"Stayed at Margo Beach Hotel for a big family reunion trip. The location is wonderful - right on the beach with an easy drive into town. The resort is beautiful, rooms were clean and VERY spacious. Never had to fight over the beach loungers, there were plenty. There were a few quirks, like only receiving ONE key card that controls electricity in a 2 bedroom, 5 person suite... we are not always together and it was a pain to try to pass the key back and forth. And saying the suite is an ocean view was a biiiiiiiit of a stretch. More like ocean peep. But, really, the showstopper is the staff. So friendly, so accommodating of our large and boisterous extended family, always extending nice hospitality. George at the bar was so sweet, and George at breakfast was such a treat. I miss his cheerful "KALIMERA!!!!" each morning. Breakfast itself was spectacular - 4 kinds of eggs, breakfast meat, fresh squeezed OJ, beautifully soft croissants, cheese pie, custard, yogurt with local honey, tiganethes and on and on... oh, and their Greek Salad was the best I had on the entire trip. We're home now, and I actually miss this place... that says it all!"

"Visited with family for one night. Great location, well maintained rooms clean rooms with a perfect view. We also appreciated the polite personnel and the delicious breakfast! Some minors though... - The entrance to or exit from the hotel is only by stairs, so if you have mobility difficulties this hotel is not for you. - The lift was out of order... - The pool water was not clean enough. They have to take more care of the pool."

"From the initial welcome at the door by the loveliest hosts the experience at the Alistos Hotel just kept getting better and better. The hotel was only completed in 2017 so even though it is all stone construction and looks like part of the landscape, it all new. The attention to detail is seen throughout the whole hotel, from monogrammed king size towels, to placemats and water bottles. Everything is thoughtful and tasteful. The rooms are a great size with oversizes showers with rain shower heads from the ceiling. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. We took the breakfast included option and the buffet is fantastic with a selection of breads, cold meats, fresh fruit, pastry's, freshly squeezed orange juice, and coffee or tea the way you like it. The hotel has 14 rooms and is only 5 km away from Gytheio which abounds in great restaurants and beaches."
