Hackney Hotel

Had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I requested you to cancel this on advise from Urban Rest Hackney Hotel. You did nothing. Poor service from you. Would never use you again recommend you yo anyone.

Hard to sleep throughout the noise due to something in the room or building being loud (my aircon was off so wasn't that like I thought it was). There is no on-site staff. I was sent to the wrong room upon checkin, my code wasn't working, so had to ring to find out why only to be told wrong room. No information provided on amentities where thry were located and the carpark situation unless I contacted the hotel. Pet rule is 1 per room, a couple had 2 with them, I don't like dogs (I didn't see that this hotel was pet friendly), but guests should stop their dogs from running at other guests. I have provided my feedback directly to hotel and they have been silent.

Our compact room was immaculately clean and well appointed, yet we still had plenty of space. The bed was super comfy and we loved the shower. The only thing it lacked was tissues, which is no drama. We also liked the super-efficient lifts and there was heaps of secure parking.

Lovely new build, modern funky design elements which was fun to stay in while still being practical and having everything required!

Very tidy and reasonable close to the city. Parking was a pleasure close to the lift.

The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.

Room was very adequate,except you need to bring your own tissues, everything to put in a minibar Wine glasses ,snacks. Cos the "hotel", offers you nothing. Bar and Restaurant open 3 nights week only. Went to reception for the big ask of 1 wine glass. After grave doubts,got offered a plastic champagne "glass " ,no wine glass please, this is all we have." Clearly BS. To summarise, Room great,otherwise bring absolutely everything else yourself. Not even a machine dispensing chips chocs,and soft drinks.
