"I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, and I was extremely disappointed. The experience didn’t live up to the high price tag at all. First, they provided a horrible crib for our 3-month-old baby and even charged extra for what? She does not eat anything and did use any amenities which felt unnecessary. We also wanted to enjoy the spa and adult amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) on Monday morning before we are checking out only to find that they were all closed. To top it off, the massage at the spa was below average. Well I can keep listing all the things did not go well and we don’t expect anything like that from a 5 star hotel which charge 800 euros a night Even on the checkout we had issues. We did the reservation at ******* which was already paid and they wanted to charge us again. I showed the receipt of ******* and my credit card statement and they made us wait more than 1 hour trying to call ******* saying they did not receive the payment. Really? They could not solve this later since it was not my fault. We had to wait a lot to solve this issue with a 3 months baby waiting. The owner Cristine did not know how to handle the situation she did not offer us a solution and she definetely does not know how to talk to a client. For the price, there are definitely better options around the area. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience."

"This was our third visit to this wonderful hotel. Every time it feels like coming home. Everyone is so kind and helpful! The rooms are spotless, facilities are wonderful. We have been twice in the summer and for the first time in the winter. Surroundings are wonderful and we are looking forward to next year when we will return again!"

"We had a one-night stay at Miramonti for our honeymoon in Italy, and it was a wonderful experience. - Location is amazing, with picturesque views everywhere you are in the hotel - Beautiful building and facilities. We enjoy the pools and the calm zone especially - We loved the meals! Both the breakfast and the South Tyrol-style dinner were superb If we happen to be back in the area, we'd like to stay again - hopefully for longer :)"

"Modern hotel above Merano! Very pleasant welcome, the room was pretty large (but we were said we had the largest one) with a beautiful terrace. The infinity pool was amazing and the indoor spa area as well. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices (buffet), the dinner is mainly served."

A lovely extra is the afternoon snack, with a good soup, fresh salads, nice snacks, and delicious cakes. Dinner is the absolute highlight: every course is presented like a piece of art and tastes delicious. The variety and quality of the dishes are impressive. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Every single team member—from the front desk and bar staff to housekeeping, restaurant servers, and chefs—is genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere they create is warm, welcoming, and personal. A very special mention goes to the owner, Stefan. He is a true host in every sense of the word and works tirelessly alongside his team on a daily basis—something you rarely see. His passion, dedication, and hands-on approach clearly set the tone for the entire hotel and result in an incredibly well-organized, motivated, and outstanding team. The complimentary shuttle bus is another great plus, providing easy access to the mountain and numerous hiking trails in the area."
