There were a lot of hair on the floor that was not cleaned up. I called the front desk twice and asked the cleaning staff to come, but they still didn't come... The guy in charge of the electric car pick-up service was very good. He gave us yogurt, and the front desk lady also shared their own milk tea. I have to give a thumbs up!
