"This was disgustingly!  Having never stayed in a pet friendly hotel I wasn’t prepared for dogs barking all night or for the strong odor of pine sol!  There was a fan in the hall circulating the odor and I woke up in the middle of the night from it!  The coffee was like water it was so weak.  Never ever again!  They had the audacity to put an envelope out asking for a tip!  There were crumbs all over the furniture and I didn’t date take my flip flops off….  I was give a handicapped person room as well"

"When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk smelled nice, and the staff was friendly. However, when we went to our building, we found that the pool was closed and looked like it wouldn't ever be again. I had specifically chosen this hotel because my daughter loves to swim. Our "non-smoking" room had a burnt hole in the comforter and smelled really bad. There was hair on the pillows and even a muffin left in the drawer from the previous guest. The refrigerator was dirty, and the bathroom had no toilet paper or holder. It was not at all like the pictures I had seen when booking. I was so disappointed that I wanted to leave and find another hotel or sleep in my car. I ended up staying, but I had to cover the bed and pillow with my own blankets. I don't recommend staying there. Find another place to stay."

"Clean,safe and friendly. Laminate floors appeared new which gave a cleaner appearance. But would have gladly paid more for a better mattress and coffee in the room. Did not sleep well due to mattress and air not cooling well. Needs to consider upgrading the rooms and charging more since there is no other option locally."

"This was our 2nd visit here & we are so glad we came back again!! The previous exceptional customer service brought us back to their hotel. From the agents at the front desk Ebony and Denise to the manager Samantha. We would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those travelers who have a service animal. The rooms are clean always, the beds are comfy and the pillows are amazing! The included breakfast is an added plus and the breakfast room was exceptionally clean as well! The parking lot is well lit and has security doors to enter. When traveling I would definitely make this Country Inn & Suites the place to rest your head!"
