"We were given a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. When I went back to the front desk, the friendly staff was apologetic and gave us a new room. The rooms are renovated and look pretty decent, like a 2.5 star hotel room. However, you cannot help but notice from the exterior that this hotel is converted from the Bluegrass Inn, a ＜1 star motel. Going on to the restroom, we did not have warm water during the entire stay, so we had to take cold showers. The breakfast was a joke. There were bagels but no cream cheese, cereal but no milk. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars for a better hotel in the area."

"Stayed at this Fairfield Inn & Suites for one night in late March 2025 for our last night on the road before returning home from our extended stay in Florida. The stay was OK. However, I was not impressed at all with the gentleman that checked us in. (And I thought it was very unusual he was still at the front desk the next morning.) He just did not seem like he had it all together or was on the ball. We have stayed at this hotel before and have been quite pleased, but not sure we will stay there again for any future travel needs. Unfortunately, most of the Marriotts we stay in nowadays have gone way down hill regarding the appearance of their staff. Again, I am old school, but still people at the front desk need to look somewhat professional. And I certainly don’t want to hear that “since the pandemic….” The pandemic has been over for awhile now and it is a very lame excuse to co tinge to use."

"I recently stayed at Home2 Suites and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, especially the kitchenette which made the stay even more convenient. The bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was the friendly and helpful staff. They were professional, attentive, and made check-in and check-out very easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the guests having a good stay. I also appreciated the breakfast options in the morning and the overall cleanliness of the lobby and common areas. The hotel felt well-maintained and safe. I would definitely recommend Home2 Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, extended-stay style hotel with great service. I would gladly stay here again."
