The room was great. Had a nice view of the lake. The only complaint with the room was no mini fridge, but we were prepared for that with a small cooler. The ****** was very smokey even the non-smoking section. It would be better if they followed PA guidelines and had no smoking. There were no valets to handle luggage when we checked in which was a problem. We are elderly and hubby uses a walker and cannot handle luggage as he once did. Fortunately a young couple was checking in as well and helped me with the luggage. Restaurants were great but a bit pricey.

I have been a frequent guest of this facility for many years. My son and I have visited here several times a month since he was a child. I have referred friends, colleagues and other family members here and all have been pleased and return frequently. If you are looking for a nice place to stay when you ride Lost Trails, or the O&W line, this is the most convenient place to stay. It is near food, gas and even a car wash to clean your machines after the ride. The staff is great. Keara is AWESOME and has been a great help with reservations and my go to person when we stay here. We had the best time! We honestly did not want to leave. When I was booking the room, I decided to call to get a better understanding on things. I talked to a Vanessa. She took such good care of me! When we got there our CXO Jess was the best! She made our stay great! Honestly, I can't say enough great things! I decorated our room in sunflowers and leaves like our wedding. So please enjoy our pictures! We look forward to returning!!

Stayed here for one night to visit the Peckville Christmas House ( a must) before heading to Great wolf. Unfortunately there was an incident in the laundry resulting in fire alarm evacuation. My son was scared and did not want to stay any longer. The front desk attendant was extremely calm and helpful as all guest were waiting outside. They immediately refunded our room so we could go somewhere else. Although the fire dept cleared the hotel, my son did not want to stay. We will be back in March where our family hosts a family reunion.
