There was free parking, and it was about a 20-minute drive from Denali National Park, making it convenient to get to the park. However, the hotel's internet connection was rather poor."

"This was the second stop of 7 days on land post cruising. We had read from the reviews that it was simple and clean. That is spot on. There are no real frills about this place, but it was PERFECT for our 2 night stay in the Denali area. Situated about 10-15 minutes from the entrance to the National Park, White Moose Lodge was a fine stay. We took advantage of the grill and cooked out one night, followed the manager's suggestion to hit the grocery store nearby and $25 of groceries worked well in our favor (nearby establishments are $20/burger). The owner told us there had been a cow moose and two calves around, but we didn't see them, unfortunately. If you're looking for frills, look elsewhere. We knew what we were getting and were not disappointed. We felt safe in the area and appreciated an old-time hospitality."

"The cabin on the mountain is very quiet, very private, with a wide view and beautiful scenery. It is good to experience it, but the conditions are simple. Disadvantages: 1 The dirt road up the mountain is very steep, there are four drives to drive directly up, and the two drives need to be turned around; 2 There is an outdoor simple toilet, no bathroom, no bath; 3 The mobile phone signal is acceptable, but the network is not provided. Trip.com Problem: Trip.com The hotel name provided by Trip.com was wrong, the address was unknown, and there was no room number, which made us look back and forth for a long time. "This is a great place to stay to explore Denali area. It's an unexpected location off the road and would be a little hard to find, but the directions they give take you right there. The place is super clean. Super nice beds, linens, towels, and kitchen. Nice, cozy place. Would definitely stay again! It's better than the pictures."
