"We arrived at the front desk at 3:00 and were told that since no one was cleaning the room and there was only one room type that was not upgraded for us, we had to wait until almost 5:00 to check in. We did not feel sorry at all and were just blamed on the lack of cleaning staff. When we entered the room, we still found dog hair on the bed and the light bulb in the toilet was broken. It was a very bad experience."

One star is far too generous for this location! They are fraudulently presenting themselves as a clean and safe location to stay when they are far from that. They have been reported to multiple agencies and are currently under investigation for fraud and misrepresenting the public."
