"Our stay at this Econo Lodge was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. We got to the hotel at 2:00 AM, exhausted and ready to sleep, only to find the reception desk completely deserted. We spent over an hour trying to find a staff member. We finally located the night receptionist, who was sound asleep in a back room and we had to wake him up. Not only did he take a long time to become alert, but he then realized he had forgotten the security code to program our room keys. This forced him to call his manager, prolonging our wait even further. We were finally able to get into our room at nearly 4:00 AM, a full two hours after our arrival. To top it all off, the "included breakfast" that was part of our booking was completely non-existent the next morning. The lack of professionalism, basic customer service, and failure to provide advertised amenities was appalling. I would strongly advise all travelers to avoid this hotel."

"Beware! Broken windows, boarded up windows, mattresses against windows, torn curtains, rundown property. This place is a disgrace to hotels. See actual, real-time pics as reference. One star is far too generous for this location! They are fraudulently presenting themselves as a clean and safe location to stay when they are far from that. They have been reported to multiple agencies and are currently under investigation for fraud and misrepresenting the public."
