"This is without doubt, the most stylish, cool hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived late and they could not have been more professional and accommodating. It is not at all flash or aimed at the Gucci/Rolex brigade, but if you want style and quality this place is faultless. They undersell themselves which sums the place up. Uber cool. Oh, and the predominantly female staff are just the best."

"We had a very good skiiing holiday with family and friends (group of 12) at Der Gollinger Hotel in Hinterglemm. Rooms in the hotel were very comfortabel and clean. A lot of storage space, good shower and bed. Breakfast was good with a variety in yoghurt, bread, fruit, eggs, salmon etc. Also dinner was perfect , with in general a 4 or 5 course meal with salade buffet, soup, choice of main dish and dessert. A tastefull but also affordable winelist en cozy bar. The staf and owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful were needed. Location of the hotel almost in the city centre, 50 metres to the skipiste and 200m to the skilift. So very good cosy (not to big) hotel. We will come back for antother skiing holday."

"Restaurant / the food was fine. The staff unfriendly. We ate there twice and each time it was the same unfriendliness. The decor itself was nice, though, and the terrace was cozy, which made up for it somewhat. As for me, never again."

"Recently back from a family ski trip staying at Hotel Almrausch. Small family run hotel which was spotlessly clean. The location of this hotel simply could not have been any better. Its literally 15 steps away from a t bar lift which is accessed from a side door with lift directly from the boot/ski locker room. Rooms were very clean and the showers were fantastic pressure and very hot. Lighting could have been a bit brighter in the bedrooms but not a big problem. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were just the right level of attentive. The only downside for us was the bar area is not very big and as we were in three seperate bedrooms, there wasnt really anywhere to sit together in the evenings. Again not a big problem as we were all so tired from the days skiing, we went to bed fairly early. The bedrooms are very well sound insulated and we didnt hear any noise from other hotel guests (including our noisy son in the next door room!) The spa area was a very nice bonus after a days skiing although it was requested that you didnt wear swimming costumes in there. Realise this is an Austrian thing and you should embrace it, which my husband did but I just didnt feel comfortable with it so stayed in costume! but sat on towels which there was an ample amount of in spa area. Obviously being a small hotel, it might not have had as many facilites as one of the many larger hotels in the resort but think the difference with it was the service, which I just dont believe you get in a large hotel. The ski area of Hinterglemm and Saalbach is fantastic. So many lifts and runs. Think our longest queue was 1 minute but then we wasnt there in half term! Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel. Thankyou to all the staff who made our family ski trip a very enjoyable one."

"Amazing hotel with beautiful location close to all slopes and easy aces to everything that you need. Everything in hotel is beautiful but there is one thing which stands out from everything how good is it and that’s food. Food was that great that we even asked to meet chef personally. He is as good a cook as he is a man, in one word brilliant. Probably the best quality and tastiest food I have ever tried in my life. Food is what brings people back , that's why I've been going there with my family for three years now. Best possible recommendation!"

"Perfect hotel for relaxation after a long mountain tour. Great service, friendly staff, food varied and of very good quality. The rooms were clean, although the tape floor itself is not necessarily modern. Wonderful sauna area with enough room, there was fruit, water and tea. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. "Wonderfull experience from start to finish. In beautiful setting that Hinterglemm is, hotel’s interior provides cozy and warm yet elegant atmosphere, combining traditional alpine charm with modern amenities. Rooms are very nice and spacious with all needed amenities (we specially liked spring water tap in the room). One of the highlights of our stay was the food and the wonderfull atmosphere in the restaurant - it did not feel like tipical hotel restaurant, more like dinning out. Breakfast and afternoon snack (was much more than just a snack really :) were also great, offering wide choice of meals. Attention to details is visible everywhere, from candle lights all over the reception, bar and restaurant area, aroma diffusors instead of artifical perfumes, Uno cards on each table, high quality food with also many healthy additions like for example stevia, vitamin C, zeolith, different natural supplements…) Electronic game table was a hit among kids. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We have to specially mention Selma who was highly proffesional and skilled, but also so warm and kind at the same time, as well as Croatian waiters and cook. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We will highly recommend it and will definitely return."

"Very good location of the hotel, spacious and cosy room, fine cosmetics by Rituals. Very helpful and friendly staff (especially Filip, Larissa and Viktor ;) ), LUXURY dinner every day and rich breakfast. Solid choice of wines. Nice spa and pool. Maybe one proposal for improvement - try to extend charging points for the e-bikes - just 1 cable and 4 plugs are not enough. Absolutelly recommendable, those 4 nights were unforgotable, we´ll definitely come back!"
