"The cleanliness is average. There is a layer of dust on the bedside table. The shower does not work well. The water column is scattered and weak. I reported it to the hotel and they sent a maintenance worker to dismantle the shower to clean it and then reinstall it, but it didn't work. I asked to change the room and they said that changing the room is an upgrade and the price difference needs to be added."

"I stayed here for 6 days while recovering from surgery. It was wonderful. Very close to HUMC, where I had the surgery. They accommodated my request for a quiet room by the elevator. There was even a block party outside the hotel for the World Cup and I didn't hear a thing from my room. The room was sunny — loved the giant window — and very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom. I had concerns about the elevator from a previous post on here to the point where I almost didn't book, but I'm so glad I did. There was one day where the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but they had it back up and working very quickly, and I wasn't going anywhere that day anyway. Management was on site and very friendly, asking if we needed anything or any help. There is a Trader Joe's a block away as well as a Walgreen's, which was VERY convenient. There is a park and nice cafe around the corner too, and that was great once I was up for a short walk. There are four wide/shallow/easy steps leading to the entrance, as well as a ramp, so I had no mobility issues getting into the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. There is a yoga studio and a doggy daycare right there too."
