"This is my second time here - first time was ok, but this time turned out to be a big disappointment. I arrived late, and realised straight away the duvet was not going to be warm enough. I asked for an extra one, but it was not provided. The heater took ages to switch on, and I realised this morning the bedsheet didn’t look clean at all, there were some stains on the pillow cases. Also, there is a curtain in the toilet full of dark stains, too, which looked disturbing, and the shelf above the sink looked as if it was about to fall, as it wasn’t screwed on the wall Properly (or the wall was not hard enough for it). The place could be nice with just a few tweaks - cleanness and quality of duvet to start."
