A great west coast living experience; close to world renowned West Coast Trail, plus numerous other hiking trails in lush rainforests and many nearby scenic beaches. Sooke is known for excellent salmon and halibut fishing and whale watching. Kayaks and canoe rentals are nearby, plus several golf courses, including famous Bear Mountain courses in Langford, approximately 30 minutes away. Lovely city of Victoria is a 40 minute drive away. Choose to stay in...enjoy indoor fireplace or outdoor patio, while gazing at Olympic Mountains across the ocean view from the house and wildlife crossing the lawn surrounding the house. If there is a chef in you, the house is very well equipped.Garage and travel trailer (by gate entrance) is only for owner's private use (house stock/supplies, maintenance equipment/tools, and personal activities.)
