My suite is located 5 minutes past Wright Memorial Bridge. Uniquely situated in a coastal preserve adjacent to a multi use path that will take you anywhere within Kitty Hawk, Duck or Kill Devil Hills. If you love biking, kayaking, surfing or just love nature this is the spot for you! A flight of stairs leads you to a private deck and entrance to an airy and spacious suite with everything you need to rest up for your daily adventures here on the beautiful Outer Banks. Byrd street beach access in Kitty Hawk is less than a ten minute drive with plenty of parking. All shopping and dining options are within a short bike ride or drive. Comfortable home-feel type large modern studio apartment with high ceilling. Second floor, no elevator. Private space and separate entry. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air and relaxing. Cozy large bedroom, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. Smart TV with Netflix access. Small fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. No kitchen. Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar. There are linens for the bed and one set of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about a ten-minute walk to the ocean. There's a distant view of the ocean from the bathroom and closet windows Bedroom faces the sound but the water view is blocked by trees. Please note that the studio is located on the 2nd floor via outdoor stairs. Come escape to a lovely neighborhood where Kitty Hawk Beach is only a bike ride away, and Albemarle Sound is even closer! Our cozy apartment has blessed family and friends for many years, but now we've opening it to new friends like you! We only use non-toxic cleaners and detergents (by Shaklee) and we provide Backpack Beach Chairs w/ built in coolers for your enjoyment, and a couple Beach Cruiser bikes too! (sorry, no pets please). We've been SO blessed with wonderful guests who seem very appreciative for our KHBB, our quiet neighborhood nearby wonderful Beach accesses, our central location for many OBX attractions, and all the amazing restaurants too! Oh, and you'll love strolling or biking down to see our stunning sunsets at nearby Windgrass Sound access....never gets old. Breakfast bar with 2 stools for eating. Private entrance, Private bathroom, 55” flatscreen tv with directv, and wifi. Outside mini patio will gas grill and table and chairs. A little oasis to enjoy and relax in. Pet Friendly.
