G-Nests are in the kitchen and bedroom for music and two phone charging pads are in the bedroom.The suite comfortably sleeps four adults with a queen size bed and pull out couch!The suite is the back apartment of a duplex. It is attached to the front unit but guests have completely separate entrances. Guests have access to the rear suite and side yard! Parking is in front of the house, and guests can park up to two vehicles. Because the access driveway is shared with other houses, please pull up as close as you can to the railroad ties and park in the reserved parking areas to avoid blocking any access to the other garages and parking spaces. The parking lot has a limit of 2 vehicles. If you have guests or oversized vehicles please park on the street or in the parking lot across the street.
