The front desk is really very serious about asking your needs, the waiter will help you take your luggage to the room, they will enter the room with slippers, and then carefully explain to you how to use the facilities, and the time of the hotel, the evening will be Mosquito coils are placed at the door of each room, and the lamp is soft and full of artistic conception. The room is large, the facilities are complete and practical, the electric fan is equipped with air conditioning too cool, the Sprite Coke in the refrigerator is 4 cans, hahaha, the room is very clean, can be barefoot, the bathroom hygiene and decoration standards are very high, I personally ask for the bathroom Very high, this hotel is satisfied, the room is equipped with a small garden, there are tables and chairs in the garden and hammocks, each room has a hammock at the door, very comfortable, the hotel is like in the forest, the pool is not big, because The number of rooms is not much, the main experience is exquisite, the breakfast is mainly American and continental breakfast, although it is not used to eating, but it is really authentic, there are still many people dining at the restaurant in the evening, everyone chats with the sky, the atmosphere is really very Affection~ I have a van delivered to the airport all day. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.
Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

AAnonymous UserIt was truly an excellent stay here in Casa Belina, from the owner who is very kind and very thoughtful to the reception staff Anthony who is very helpful from our inquiry up to the time of our stay.
The place is very clean, and the breakfast is perfect. The price of the accommodation plus the free shuttle from and to the airport and the free breakfast is very much affordable.
We will surely come back here at Casa Belina

GGuest UserGood hotel for airport transfer, late arrival. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the bed was a bit small for two people. The airport pick up was arranged and waiting for us. It wasn't free as advertised, we had to pay 200 pesos, so it would be better to specify it before. It is fair and convenient anyway so it's not a problem. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast were tasty and plentiful.

Breakfast is good and convenient as it saves you the trouble of searching for a place to eat at 6.30 in the morning (tours and transports usually pick you up around 7 am). They also offer the usual excursions and transport to other locations at the standard price. Good location as well, because it is close enough for you to walk to either the baywalk area, which is full of restaurants, or the local market where you can find local street food.

EEp7I stayed one night with my friends. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was the most negative aspect: the door wouldn't open properly due to the toilet, the shower head wasn't working (it was like a bucket), and the tap water didn't flow correctly!

The room and bathroom clean, good breakfast with nice views and good treatment of the staff, however we were not able to see the jacuzzi = S and when asked about it they told us it was only open from 18-20h. Good overall

LLisaLPWe stayed for five nights, booking one double room and one family room. Both rooms were sufficiently furnished, and there were tables outside that we made good use of during the day. We were also offered the use of a fridge in the common area, which we really appreciated. From what I understand, only the family rooms come with water heating.
The location is very good—tucked away in a safe, lively neighbourhood and within walking distance of both NCCC Mall and SM City Puerto Princesa Mall, where there are supermarkets and plenty of food options. We were also able to walk to several places of interest in the city, including the Boardwalk, Chinatown, the Heritage Centre, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. There’s a laundry just across the road that charges reasonable rates.
The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were family-oriented, warm, hospitable, accommodating, and very communicative. They helped organise tours at prices better than those offered on online platforms. We had a whale of a time at Honda Bay and the Underground River—both are must-experience attractions when visiting Palawan.
Highly recommended for travellers looking for a welcoming place, great hosts, and a convenient location.
