NnovasaThey even arranged a round-trip bus reservation from Hanoi to Ha Giang on my behalf.
They even provided detailed instructions, including a screenshot of the map, on how to catch the bus.
They also told the driver to drop me off in front of my accommodation on the way back to Ha Giang.
(I spoke with Linh via WhatsApp in English and used a translator, lol.)
Since I was renting a motorbike, they told me to arrive early in the morning and check in.
They even provided me with a bed. It was a huge help to be able to unpack, wash, and rest before departure.
Of all the accommodations I stayed at during my trip to Ha Giang, the bedding, bathroom, and toilet were the cleanest. Linh and Ngoc were very friendly.
Linh's parents, who run the business with me, were also very kind.
Thanks to them, I was able to successfully complete my solo trip to Ha Giang.
When renting a motorbike, they provided a raincoat, raincoats for shoes, luggage straps, plastic bags, and even a phone holder.

GGuest UserOne of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed at for sure! Love love love the wooden bunk bed frames and the beds themselves are huge and comfy. The dorm rooms are also nice and spacious and there’s a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the street. The linens and blankets smell fantastic and there are THREE bathrooms, each with glass-walled showers. Each bed has a light and charging points and there is a stack of towels available, along with a hairdryer, slippers, and lockers with keys. Very convenient location, just a couple hundred meters to the local market and river walkway, and directly across the river there is a small mountain to walk or dive up with stunning views of the city.

The room were clean and spacious.
The owner family is very kind and helpful - they invited me for their family dinner one night! It was one of my great memories in Vietnam.
I also booked my Ha Gain loop trip and my bus ticket to Hanoi. All were handed and accommodated professionally. Strongly recommend for all.

GGuest UserA welcoming hostel with smiling and nice receptionnists. I found it perfect if you planned to do the Ha Giang Loop (they also can help you to book visits and rent a motorbike). Furthermore, you can let your extra luggage at the hostel while doing ”the loop” and even have a shower and a meal at the return, before leaving (very enjoyable when you take a night bus to another city).
More negative point: if you are not in a VIP room (that's the name of more expensive rooms I guess), you won't have a window, just shutters, so turn on the air-conditioning to avoid mosquitoes during the night! I don't know for VIP room but for basic ones, you'll share the bathroom with others customers.

BBin04There is no way to be picky about a cheap youth hostel. I just happened to be nearby and wanted to stay for one more day, so I checked into this youth hostel with my friends. The price is probably the cheapest in Vietnam and it also includes breakfast! Like👍
