MMay ErKA hot spring hotel with renovated rooms. Great value for money! All the staff were very friendly and had a perfect attitude💯! After checking in, we rushed to watch the starry sky tour. The waiter in the restaurant arranged our dinner as soon as possible. We had a special meal with vegetarian requirements.

GGuest UserFar from train station. Difficult to get to by public transport but that is the beauty of it. We got a transfer with the hotel (additional charges). Had to get a friend to translate emails into japanese to send to the hotel. All the staff we encountered in Nov 2018 were polite and welcoming but do not speak english at all. The Google translation app is very useful to get around the language barrier. Small, quiet and beautiful place! Quite literately surrounded by mountains.
