"Our family traveled during the National Day holiday, booking three nights in four rooms each. Overall, the trip was excellent, with attentive service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, with laundry facilities, dryers, and laundry detergent. There were also many other essential items in the corner of the front desk, such as hair clips, earplugs, and other small items, available for use if needed. One minor drawback: 1. The lighting in the washroom of room 410 was too dim; a higher wattage light would likely improve the situation. 2. There was no hand soap or soap in the washbasins of any of the rooms. 3. The towels needed replacing. They appeared to be from 2019 and had frayed edges, but they were generally clean and odorless."

The housekeeping staff is friendly, and the front desk lady is also very welcoming. She even recommended nearby restaurants and fun things to do. Every time we passed by, they would smile and say hello. There's even a coffee machine in the lobby! It's the bean-based kind, which is great! A cup in the morning is a great way to wake up. The room price is also very affordable, making it a great value for money! It wasn't just a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also a touch of worldly warmth. It was a truly enjoyable stay!"

"Come here for a business trip and book this hotel. The overall stay experience is particularly good, the location is better, in the industrial park, the high-speed is also relatively close. The surrounding area is very close to the night market and the square. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and sleepy, especially the mattress was very soft and comfortable to sleep. The facilities are complete and intact. The front desk staff was very warm and courteous and attentive. The room eldest sister was very polite and did hygiene very carefully. I forgot something when I checked out. The room eldest sister saw it and quickly chased it over. The room style is partial to Chinese style, maybe not so luxurious, but it is quite comfortable for me. The price will be very high, very satisfied, it is recommended!"

"We brought our relatives and kids to Shanghai Legoland and chose the Ramada Pinghu Hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room, which was spacious and not cramped at all, featuring a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, both with comfortable, supportive mattresses. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and constant temperature air conditioning kept the room warm and not dry. The kids really enjoyed bathing in the bathtub. The breakfast deserves special praise; it was excellent. They offered hot food, millet porridge, stir-fried dishes, fried noodles, noodle soup, wontons, and fried eggs, along with salads, fruits, and pastries. There were also plenty of seats. The hotel isn't far from Legoland, about a 20-minute drive costing around 20-something yuan."
